The vets and tecs at Buckeye keep our babies healthy and happy! They are absolutely amazing and kind! They love them like we do and couldn’t be more thankful for their services!

I cannot say enough how happy I am with the care and treatment this office gives to my dogs and cat. Always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can tell the entire staff truly cares for your pet. Couldn’t be happier with them! And although their prices are a bit on the higher end, they totally make it worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

They saved my dog. No other vet would see her and they brought her in no questions asked and saved my girl. They were friendly and up front. They also let me set up a payment plan which is awesome because you know how expensive vet bills can get in emergency situations. I highly recommend them.

The employees at Buckeye Veterinary Clinic are absolutely amazing patient and kind and they really do care! They got me in an emergency situation and works with my price range and came up with a treatment plan and then called to check on my cat I’ve never had a vet do that! They treat my dogs better than I’ve had my own doctors treat me. Prices are a little high, but to me, it’s worth it. They’ve taken a lot of COVID precautions, and I appreciate it. My dogs don’t need me in the room with them, so I don’t mind handing them off in the parking lot and I actually feel like I spend a lot less time waiting now, so that’s nice!

The care that is given to all animals is awesome.

They have seen all my cats, and I wouldn't change that for the world..... I absolutely love this place.

Buckeye Vet is a great place. We've dealt with them for many years, with many pets. The staff is always polite and kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

They've saved my pets' lives more than once. They've also ended a couple with dignity, compassion, and grace. I drive 30 minutes to bring my pets here. They take their time, explain things well and never make you feel rushed. I have tried vets in closer proximity over the past couple of years but I still keep coming back to Buckeye. To the vets and staff: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your love and care.

While I appreciated that they were able to fit me in quickly when my regular veterinary clinic could not and that my past visits with Dr Vega (as well as staff) have been positive, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Dr. Faulkner and the staff the day of my visit. I found it frustrating that I had to repeatedly correct my dogs history and symptoms as they were being taken wrong by both the staff and Dr Faulkner. I had even wrote the symptoms and history down for them so unsure how it was miscommunicated. During one conversation Dr Faulkner argued with me about the physical symptoms my dog was experiencing and found that it was rather unprofessional. My test results did not come back in the timeframe I was provided. When they did arrive Dr Faulkner called me back to review but I felt he shrugged it off as nothing and even told me to come back in a few months if it didn't get better. I also questioned during that conversation the medicine the dog was given because once I got home and looked into that medication my dog did not have symptoms to warrant those medications. I had to fight to get copies of my records to review as I felt something wasn't right. They wanted to charge me which I have never experienced in any clinic I have gone to. I then asked if they could be sent to my regular vet and after being told they could send them at no charge I was then later contacted and said they are not able to fax or email the results. They said they would provide the results for me on a USB. Since they specifically told me earlier that they would charge me for personal use but not my veterinary clinic I asked if there would be a charge. I was told no, when I arrived I was charged. After telling the staff member who brought it out this they were unwilling to waive it, I paid it as I began to question the diagnosis I received and wanted to see MY RECORDS I PAID FOR. I know they did this on purpose as I expressed to them when I first requested that Dr Faulkner was extremely unprofessional. When I got home I reviewed the xrays -which were poor quality, and my dogs records I again discovered the wrong history and symptoms for her as well as her blood values dangerously low. It even stated toxic on the results. I called my regular veterinary clinic and I was able to get in. My dog was DYING and I would of lost my dog within a day or two if I had not gotten them in sooner. Dr Faulkner told me it was probably nothing and to come back in a few months. They had to redo all of the diagnostics to make sure they were accurate due to all the discrepancies and poor quality. I was told much of the medication the dog received should not have been prescribed to this dog as she did not have symptoms. The dog's blood values tanked even further from our visit at Buckeye Vet. I agreed to emergency surgery and this dog spent a few weeks fighting for its life. The dog now has damage to their liver, possibly other organs as well. I am absolutely appalled by what took place and will never trust this clinic with one of my dogs care. I have no problem shelling out whatever money I need to for my dogs, but feel this place took me for a ride. I have worked in veterinary clinics, I care for extremely sick fosters animals as well as wildlife. While I am not educated to the level of Dr Faulkner anyone would have saw red flags with the blood results I saw. I feel the clinic should offer to reimburse me on a portion of my bill and I do have plans to contact the proper authorities to make them aware of my experience. I get working in the veterinary field is tough but it not okay to take advantage of your customers and it is certainly not okay to shrug something like this off. If you don't know how to help any further than say so and recommend them to another facility or specialist who can.

I had to have some much-needed dental extractions for my 13-year-old 10 pound Schnoodle and was very nervous about it. I’m so glad I decided to have his surgery done here. All the staff are very professional and kind, and you can tell they really care about the animals. They take anesthesia very seriously and use all the latest equipment, which put my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to take my dog back here for routine care or for another procedure. Highly recommend!

I didn't get to go inside because of Corona but they were very friendly and I have no complaints. They were on time and said my kitty did well! Prices were very good too, will definitely go again.

My dog has been chewing his feet so we brought him here to run some tests for possible mites or a yeast infection. He came back negative for both and they still charged me for medicine to treat it and never told me any possible diagnosis like that wasn't why we brought him there. When they brought him back to me his feet were all bloody from chewing them. He wasn't in there for 20 minutes and they let him chew his feet the whole time leaving a blood trail! It wouldn't let me give them zero stars and they don't deserve the one I had to give for this rating.

I love this office and all of its staff! I took my cat in for some much needed dental work with Dr Vega. From each of the phone calls to each of the visits, every single one of the employees were extremely kind, professional, and very honest. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and so sweet. The vet techs and Dr Vega are kind, nonjudgmental, and made sure to explain everything very clearly so we understood everything that was going on, what was going to happen, and what to expect. We can’t thank them enough! Vet care is expensive to begin with and this practice is a little higher than others, but it’s SO worth it. They really do care about your pets and do an amazing job at caring for them! Definitely will be returning here for anything my kitty needs!

Dr. Pavlick is the best veterinarian I have ever met in my life. She is caring, careful, thorough and professional. She makes a concerted effort to explain issues in detail to pet owners and takes her time. She consults with others when needed and provides expert guidance. This practice does not pad bills or charge for unnecessary procedures. The office staff is wonderful.

They have and had taken great care of all my animals, I had several cats and a dog, since I have been going to Buckeye I lost all my cats due to age but I still have the dog. With my cats when they passed away, they send me a card of condolences which means a lot to me. They are so caring and treated all my animals like they are their own.

There’s not enough positive things to say about this place. Dr Vega is the best and girls behind the desk are always amazing and helpful. The Vet techs take a personal interest in each person and you leave feeling like your pet is their favorite. I’m always given options and not just told how it is. I think if I had a compliant it would be Dr Vega takes a day off.

My first experience here was amazing. I called the number listed to schedule an appointment here and the phone only rang once before someone picked up the phone. The process was very easy and the woman on the line was very friendly. When I went in for my appointment, I was greeted right away. I only had to fill out a quick form about my cat Max, and not even 10 seconds after handing in the paperwork, one of the attendants came out to take us back into one of their rooms. The doctor was very friendly and informed us about what procedures needed to be taken with Max and wrote up the costs for each of his treatments. They're a bit more expensive than the average vet clinic, but I'd recommend coming here over anywhere else that I've been! It seems like every person genuinely cares for animals and is working there because it's what they love to do!

From the time Baron was a puppy, I have taken him to Buckeye Veterinary Clinic. The team there is very professional and friendly. They care about my canine family member, and for that reason I highly recommend them. If you have any questions they are all very knowledgeable and full of tips. As Baron and I are leaving to Arizona very soon, I hope I can find another AAHA accredited veterinarian that's on the same level as Buckeye. We'll miss you guys!

This place is super accommodating! They have fair prices and they really do care for your pet over money. My dog loves our here compared to other vets I have taken her to. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog in for a evaluation of quality of life, before making the decision for putting my dog to sleep. The vet as well as the vet in training were great and very helpful at explaining everything to me. I would recommend to anyone.

It wasn't an emergency but they got me in the same day, which my dog surely appreciated! Really friendly staff and pretty reasonably priced. They were able to supply me with most of the meds for my pet on-site which was convenient and allowed me to start treating him immediately instead of wasting time at a pharmacy. It's close to home and my dog seemed to like it so, it looks like we have a family vet now. Thanks, Laura!

I've been taking my dog to this vet for a few years and we love bringing him here. The staff are all very nice and patient, and the prices aren't too bad either. The doctors also make sure to explain everything they're doing so you aren't left wondering what is on your bill.

Love this place. Best vet around. Amazing staff. Clean, friendly, environment. It's nice to take your animals to a vet that loves and cares for your pets as much as you do. They treat everyone and every pet as if they are family. This is the first vet I have ever felt comfortable with.
