We had to que to get in and I wasn't sure why until we got inside. It was incredibly tight moving around, if you have a trolly you can't turn round very easy should you miss something. On the positive side it has all what you would expect

A phenomenal shop. Everything you need, from fire wood to art materials. Absolutely all you need in your home. No food, but very friendly and helpful staff.

Customer service desk is not great. Had to wait 25 minutes to get a basic refund. the guy on the till could not do everything he needed to? They then made me use a pen i'd just seen people in front of me use to sign a paper for a refund. CHANGE your policy for covid, most other places i don't need to sign for refunds. Not impressed at all.

To the gentleman who posted an appalling review because he was asked to sanitise his hands on the 7th Feb shame on you.... It takes 2 seconds to do your hands before entering. If it wasn't for the staff turning up everyday you wouldn't have anywhere to go and break the lockdown rules. But I guess you are the type of person who thinks it will not affect you and your family? Grow up and smell the coffee young man and sanitise your hands as you enter every shop. Well done to the store for doing your best

Stuffed to the rafters with stuff now that the Xmas decorations are out. Aisles are very close together so really the only social distancing you can do is when you're queuing at the till....assuming the queues aren't too long. Some great products though & it's often cheaper than its competitor next door.

Just visited this store today 7/2/21 at the entrance the Manager asks me to sanitise my hands and I said I just been to Halfords sanitised my hands, she then said to me "I don't care!" What an appalling customer service standing at their entrance door as Manager with magnitude of despicable behaviour. I then spoke to their staff and they seems to defend her appalling customer service. Rudeness should be reported to their HR main office.

Ordered something on line and elected to have it delivered to Loughborough store. I was delighted with every part of the process - Web site was well laid out and very easy to use. My order was delivered to store very quickly and I was kept informed of progress by The Range. I drove to the store, which was very easy to find and parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. Staff were friendly and helpful and the store itself was clean and bright with a wide range of well priced goods. Oh and the kitchen chalkboard that I had ordered was fantastic!
