Just as Argos, you better know what you are looking for and search for it on their site because the screens indoors for placing the order are sooooo sloooow, just like a Windows 95 machine... Still happy with the service because they have the most of the online offer

Large Argos selling all household goods by a catalogue system. Prices are not too high and the staff, I found, where very helpful. The approach to the shop, I found, was wanting a really good face lift. Come on Long Eaton council do something about the look of the entrance

Excellent customer service! Very polite and helpful ladies. Came to pick up 2 big heavy boxes and had my car parked quite far away. They have happily kept my boxes safe while I reparked my car closer to store and even gave me a sack truck which helped a lot to get those boxes to my car. Thank you all again for your help, really appreciate it!

No car park and won't let you borrow a trolley. Don't purchase large or multiple items here as they expect you to carry it through long Eaton back to the public car park.

Argos is great, helpful staff and quick service.
The EE store is exceptional - would always recommend going into store to speak with the team there for any issues and they always get you great deals on phones.
They're also super honest and let you know how much data you are actually likely to need rather than always upselling to maximum contracts.
Store manager is very friendly - even when busy and he's juggling three different customers at once he's on it. Cannot recommend enough.

Great customer service when I had to return an item. My second choice was not in stock at this (my local) store but I was offered free home delivery later that day. Item duly arrived a few hours later and works perfectly. Really impressed with level of service. Thank you Argos!

It's a good sized Argos with plenty of room inside and it's always well presented but there is very limited parking. 3 spaces out the front that are always in use. so you have to park in town and walk there. Not great when you are buying something big.

I would highly recommend this place as it is easy to get to and is fully stocked with all the Argos equipment etc to be honest I think that this is one of the better shops as it is widely stop and you can connect eBay orders through this store I do like this shop and I would go to this over the beeston

I use Argos in Long Eaton mainly to collect eBay orders via their Click & Collect service.
Whenever I go in I am served quickly and courteously by the staff there. They always seem pleasant and helpful to shoppers in general and very attentive to making sure people aren’t left hanging around waiting if they can avoid it.
The store has a small EE phone shop area to the left as you enter, which is a useful facility if you use that company and want to kill two birds with one stone so to speak.
Parking outside is possible but problematic and probably illegal, but there is plenty of free parking close by using the supermarket car parks at both Tesco and Aldi.

Very helpful staff who are always on the ball and the pre pay service worked amazingly I paid for my item before I went I walked in gave my reference number and was out in less than a minute absolute 1st class.

Love Argos fast track ordering and online payment system, you just turn up and collect your goods (you still have to wait for them to lug it down from the warehouse though)
