I got the Fine Eat Breakfast for £7.50 and my friend got the vegan breakfast for £8.50. Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious and was piping hot! The servers were so lovely and really made the whole experience better. Would 100% recommend!

What makes this place amazing. The service and friendly staff is by far non short of amazing. I have just moved away from the area and one thing I will certainly miss is grabbing my morning coffee and the small chat I got while waiting for it from the lovely person taking my order and making my latte. They make you feel so welcome and the food is unreal. L
Highly recommend anything off the menu it’s so tasty. I will be making the walk from the other side of town when I can just to grab a coffee and snack.

Went in today to get a pastry and coffee as I spotted a deal. I have to say it was really nice, I also spotted that they have a garden at the end of the shop. Will definitely be visiting after 4th of July.

I heard about this site before coming to Brighton but today I discovered what they were talking about.
Explosion of flavors in food, really really well cooked and excellent coffee.
But for me one of the best things the workers, they make you feel like home. I would return for you two.
Especially thanks to the cook man and his big smile.
The good reviews are little with my experience today. If you want to eat really well and healthy go to Fine Eat.

Popped in with a bacon and cheese toastie craving, was not disappointed. Bacon cooked properly. Bread not cheap white sliced. They have a great garden area with bamboo cane blinds. It’s very good value for money and the people that work there are lovely. Heartily recommend. Will be back for more! ????

It’s fine, so good name. Is it anything above that?, not really. The pricing is middle of the road but the quality is probably in the cheaper end. The tea was lousy, sure taste of cheapness and the mug was stained on the outside, so just drank from the other side and got on with it. The staff clearly don’t want to be there and so I left with the same thoughts.

Lots of positive reviews, so today was probably just a bad day barely luke warm beans and fried egg, toast so lightly cooked I thought it was bread and butter. Got to keep your standards up ! Tea was excellent.

Had a really nice breakfast here on Saturday and we returned again on Sunday! Been staying in Brighton for a festival over the weekend and our hotel was near by ???? We tried different meals and spinach and salmon omelette was amazing and so was the healthy start with avocado ???? Service and staff was amazing too ✨✨✨✨✨

Lovely choice of freshly prepared foods! They Have a wide range of food in the menus and the staff are always polite, professional and welcoming. Decent size portions! My favourite is the grilled halloumi and hummus salad for a lunch but have tried many off the menu and couldn’t fault any of them!

Great little cafe camoflauged amongst the shops around. A little hidden covered terrace at the rear also. I head here for the great reasonably priced salads and the odd cheeky breakfast lovingly prepared by the friendly staff.

Very bad chicken sandwich. The chiken pieces were dried out( hard as a rock and discolored!), unfresh and smelled bad. Found it very disapointing. Would never go there again.

Place is ok just a custmer service is so poor especialy owner who claim to check CCTV as my back pack was stolen ten told me a qualitu is bad and then is not working so if you think there is cctv and you think you are safe - you are not safe at place No CCTV

This place has really gone down hill. The last few times I have been here the salad is less than fresh. However, I just got back home to eat my wrap and the avocado is actually black. Totally gone off. The waitress has knowingly put rotten avocado in and then had the cheek to charge me an extra 90p! Disgusting.
