Bad customer service I tried to return a item I brought just before the lockdown and I got the Receipt emailed to me and when I asked about returning it I was told by the manager the a e- Receipt can not be used as it not the receipt they give you and that I can not return the item with out my receipt that got wet by the rain on day i brought it so BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Smaller store of the chain and you would expect them not to stock most items, but they do. This confirms that Argos stores do not have stock but a Wizard hidden out the back zapping ordered items into existence

At the centre of Coalville, Argos is readily accessed from the adjacent car park. It is a small store but offers click and collect for its own catalogue goods as well as being a collection point for ebay sales. A recycling point is available here for brita water cartridges.

Waited over 10 minutes at the jewellery counter. Staff (4 of them might I add) could clearly see I was waiting but continued to serve people who had just entered the store and left me standing there. Walked out in the end. Rediculous!! Always the same!
