this really as to be one of the worst shops on boundary road , order online and everything arrives with the next days date on or as the photo shows you get rotten food , im amazed anyone would send out a rotten item and expect a customer to accept it , absolutley disgusting and tthey also dont know the difference between a tikka masala sauce and a madras , why send a substitute that is so far from what i actually ordered, shocking and simply a shop to avoid . ( the photo is a cucumber this store sent to me and expected me to eat that , )

Nice quality food at affordable prices and friendly staff. Delivery from the Portslade branch is terrible! Once my order did not arrive, when I called I had excuses such as "they tried to deliver but no one was around and tried to call." I was waiting for this delivery intentionally and I had no missed calls on my mobile. Next time I had delivery I waited until 23.00pm to be given only 2 bags. More than half of my order was missing and one item was destroyed (an ice-cream cake in the same bag as a large frozen turkey!) The driver said I had to call next day to attempt to get it again. A joke.

Gary the manager..is one of the worst people i had to deal with.so rude.so unprofessional.really iceland with so many problems not delivering the right food..or delivering less than half of the shopping.u can have such person to mage u store!yes gary next time i will def go to tesco!but did not need u advice to do so!!!!

Not really a major shopper or fan of Iceland but for a Sunday it seemed abandoned.. Nice array of items, but not what I'm used to when shopping in this type of place.. Had the feeling everything sold here is just prepackaged and not the highest quality of products.

Always shop at iceland but would be better if they keep there freezers stocked daily as once again no lasangyas in the freezer but they have them in the warehouse, they won't sell out there need to get some in freezer every day.
