I ordered my sons birthday present, a new bike, also paid extra for Halfords to assemble, 2 weeks before his birthday but the only available collection slot was on the actual day of his birthday ????♀️ I received a telephone call from Ryan to let me know the bike has arrived in store today ( 1 week before his birthday ). I mentioned to Ryan about the collection slot I’d been given. Without hesitation Ryan told me he would sort it and I could collect the bike today at 2pm! You have just saved me a week of worry and we can now enjoy his whole birthday without disruption or stress. Thank you Ryan brilliant customer service.

Great store lots of products.
Staff attitude poor. Made you feel like you were putting them out their way having to serve you.
More staff training needed badly. Or replace them with retail staff that understand the need to treat customers well.

Fantastic store, especially the bike department. Had my bike serviced by Stef and it came back looking and riding like a brand new bike. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a service. The other staff on bikes are great too. All know their stuff and nothing is ever too much trouble. My niece bought a bike from them, spent loads of time making sure it was the right bike, size etc. Keep up the great work!

I went to my local Halfords store to look at bikes, as recently I bought a second hand one and was disappointed in the whole purchase so decided to go new this time. Levi who works in the store was happy to accommodate and very knowledgeable and helpful. I was going to pay £700 on a boardman mountain bike but ended up spending similar money on two bikes with a child seat and aftercare. Levi made the whole process so easy, I have recently recommended the store and Levi to several people, as good service is hard to come by nowadays.

Plenty of free parking. I didn't notice if there was a time limit in the carpark Lots of useful shops, from B&M to Currys. Quite accessible as its off the duel carriageway.

If I could put -5 stars I would. Recently purchased a Carrera Vulcan from this store and have had nothing but issues with the back brake. They apparently replaced the rear brake after the second time of bringing it back but I wasn't told of this until after doing it then as soon as I left the shop it happened again with in half of mile so took it back again today to be accused of tampering with the brake (who would put themselves in danger). I was greeted by a child who calls herself Charlene the store manager who knows nothing about bikes and told we would "just have to get on with it" I suffer with severe PTSD and a bike is the easiest way for me to travel but when a shop doesn't live up to reputation they have it's very disappointing. Now I'm stuck with a bike i bought 2 weeks ago and basically is a pile of scrap. AVOID THIS PARTICULAR STORE AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service from the store manager Charlene. I would avoid this shop at all costs as she has no public relations skills whatsoever. Her attitude is appalling and she talks to you like you're stupid. I would highly recommend going to the Foleshill store as a way of avoiding any interaction with her.

I recently had my bike booked in to be serviced at the airport store. A young lad served me on the bike desk (floppy haired). I believe his name was Adam, he was really friendly and helpful. The rest of the team were great too. I will be using this store again, for sure.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely young man named Adam i believe he was the perfect assistant in every way. He had great knowledge and added a real personal touch to my visit. Couldn't recommend him enough. I hope his line manager see's this and gives him a raise!

Super helpful. Went in for a new brake light - didn't have to do anything, they sorted everything out. All I had to do was pay after it was done, and that was cheap as chips too.
