Dealer added about 3.5 thousand extra to the price of RAV4 I was looking at. 1.5 k for a recon (?) fee to get the car ready to buy and another 2 thousand for a mandatory care package for the car that covers tires and windshield for one year. I think I would have to blow out all four tires and destroy my windscreen to make that remotely worth the money. Fair enough if it's optional but making it mandatory is an easy way to lose my business. Also, almost none of the staff or customers were wearing masks, so I guess for only $15000 I can get a used rav with 80000 miles and covid. What a steal.

If your looking to buy a vehicle be it new or used, I recommend you seek out Heath Kidder with Jerry Durant Auto Group in Weatherford. He is at the pre owned center but can sell anything. I have purchased three vehicles from Heath in 3 years. He has very good knowledge of the vehicles he sells.

Drove 40 mins to get an oil change (because I had a free one) and they said I couldn’t get one done without an appointment. I even said I didn’t mind waiting. That’s why I normally use James Wood in Decatur. They always take care of you.

Came to this place for an oil change with an appointment and waited over 2 hrs. Watched people come and go while we waited. If you are going to make customers wait so long install a vending machine. Offer free drinks anything. All they offer is stale Popcorn!!! I will not be coming back what a waist of my day.

Seems as if all the negative reviews are deleted... Mine being one of them. Don't purchase a used vehicle here... They sold me a vehicle with problems. 2 days after I paid cash for my vehicle it completely died and continued to show problems. 1 month later it cost me over $2,000 to fix. This place is a joke. If you want a lemon car. Then this is the place for you.
