I was provided with an excellent service. I was asked to take pictures of a pipe to check if I needed fittings and i did not. This was to fit my cold water filter tap. My husband went to pick up the part although they would have posted it free of charge and they gave him a free part to ease the fitting. The tap works beautiful. The man, I presume the owner of the business was charming and helpful. I would use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

The team were very helpful and we discussed all the options and I didn't want a unit with a separate tank.
We installed the Hommix puro reverse osmosis.
Once you find out about the dangers of tap water it's an easy choice to get one of these.

Had just what we needed, a new pump. It was supplied in a couple of days, AND works well. Faster water delivery. The old pump was 13 years old.

Great looking product and superb customer service.
We had delivery of a Bari Triflow tap back in June this year. We had it fitted to our new sink as part of a kitchen revamp. It looks great, really elegant. However the flow from the filtered water tap did not come straight down, it went off at an angle. This was a bit frustrating but I ignored it initially. At the end of November I did however email Hommix and pointed out the fault. I had a quick response and a straight forward apology for the fault and an offer to replace the tap. What looks like a great value tap to start with becomes outstanding value when it is backed up with such excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend this company. Due to the pandemic my faucet was in production and production was at a halt. This company communicated with me all the time for several months. I felt as if I knew them personally. I received my copper faucet the other day and it was even nicer than I imagined it to be. I’m glad I chose this company. I highly recommend this company.

I attempted to reinstall my water filter system and needed some help. Ibrahim patiently diagnosed what needs to be changed, fixed it and made helpful suggestions what to consider as an upgrade in future. As an unexpected bonus, Ibrahim gave me terrific gardening advice.

Wow! Fantastic customer service. I bought a reverse osmosis system from a different suppler but didn't like the tap that came with it and bought a lovely 3 way tap from Hommix. When installing the water system found an unattached hose but couldn't fathom where it should be connected. The tech team from the original suppler were unable to help at all. On the off chance I contacted Hommix, sent photos and at 4.45pm Matt quickly diagnosed a broken connection - I ordered a new part from them and it arrived the very next day! Can absolutely say he went above and beyond and so wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company if this is a sample of their service!!

Hommix answered question about the dimension of parts of the water filter tap I was worried about, even sending a photo showing the part I was concerned about with ruler attached, above and beyond an average supplier's help
The tap itself although expensive, is top quality in brushed stainless steel and feels top quality, well worth the extra paid

Tap delivered did not match the photos on the website. The chrome spray head buttons shown in pictures were actually black. Emailed customer support for explanation and to see if it could be sent correctly or if I need to return the tap, but they have not responded to me. Frustrating service.
Update: Following the email address issues being resolved Matt at Hommix has been very responsive, and although could not get me the sprayed I had hoped for he has helped us reach a satisfactory close and the mistakes on the website have been corrected. Revising from 1 star to 4 stars.
