Hand sanitiser provided at shop entrance. Clothes are hung quite close together, but there is room to move out of the way of people or wait. Staff are polite and friendly. The checkout assistant who served us talked us through how to get the H&M loyalty card on our phone. Which was great as it gave us 10% off our purchase.

Until coming here I didn't know that H&M had dedicated shops for children's clothing. I had a lovely shopping experience here, and they also had a sale on, with a lot of different types and designs of clothing for babies, toddlers and older children. I went in specifically to buy a present for my friend's baby, as it was her very first birthday. I came away with a beautiful dress, for a really decent price!

Great if your looking for good value clothing. They have a wide range of pretty much everything (pants, socks, shirts, t-shirts, gowns etc..). Sometimes they don't have the right sizes but that's with any clothes shop I guess. otherwise, not bad at all.

The clothes are inexpensive and fairly stylish. The selection for women is expansive, while that for men is far less, with perhaps a quarter of the space devoted to it. The staff member who dealt with me was a bit grumpy.

Used to love this place. However staff on shop floor are rather annoying. One staff member in particular (manager maybe) when I have been in a few times always seems to be moaning...and the shop is a little messy...the rails are rammed full so you can't look at the stock properly. It's also a little over priced for the quality of the products and they don't always wash up well. It's a last resort for me now.

Nice store within the shopping centre, could do with changing rooms updating. Tends to be a long wait on tills as usually one on till and at most two when I have shopped there. Quite dark in store compared to topshop and river island in the centre which are very bright

Mostly got what we wanted. Socks and track suit bottoms for our 7month old boy. Wanted some more plain clothes as we seem to always be stuck with everything having stars, stripes or other patterns. This is a pain when they're sick or in a mess and you don't always plain garment to go with the patterns. Too many clashes.
Couldn't find any plain jumpers, hoodies etc apart from one black one. Everything had a pattern.
Would like to see more plain/neutral designs to compliment the busier patterns that are nice. You just can't put someone in stripey sock, star bottoms and a polka dot jumper!

Rude, arrogant, dishonest and extremely non professional staff including manager of adult store. I experienced twice, once refused to return the online item despite being mentioned that can be returned to store. On second occasion charged twice for single item in store and upon return no sorry, no apology just being arrogant. Avoid AVoid would not recommend it
