Manager in Allenton Derby was rude. I had a query, but apparently it was my own fault for asking. Like I'm supposed know the returns policy inside and out. A simply sorry we can't do that would have sufficed. Especially since I wasn't demanding, I asking politely.

Ok shop.everything you need but 4 tills and only one is cash.not everyone uses there card.so a big cue forms hard to get down that isle.you never know if you come in contact with someone showing symptoms of covid.
