Item with reduced label, took to the till and was charged full price. Acted as if I was making up the sale price, making me look bad. It took my mum coming in to show the worker the sale rail for them to acknowledge me-still would not give me the whole reduced price however.

I came last February 13 and got a hoax with the price of a jeans reduced to £ 3.99 that I could not get it at the marked price. They also did not help me carry out the complain. According to them they had neither email nor a paper to carry out my complain. Also, I had bad experience with a bad deal by the staff and the manager. After spoken with their, a staff told me that only can put 50% in this item. Finally, I left without the jeans but before I took a photo to the label

There was a discount on the product I bought from the store and it said 19.99 and 29.99 was charged from my card at the checkout. When the situation was explained to the store manager, he took 5-6 products on the shelf and took them inside and said that there was only 1 iron. They are officially deceiving the customer.

Found the manager very rude and unhelpful, I went into the store and found some shoes that I loved so I asked for my size and she very bluntly said no their not available so I said oh ok and rather than offering any help she immediately walked away which left me very confused. I think this is terrible customer service and am very unhappy, I would never personally treat someone like this and just not try to help at all. I found it very odd and strange. How can someone like this be manager of a store?

Nice clothes, however on a Friday afternoon I was waiting in the queue with approximately 8 other people for a considerably long time, as out of the 5 staff behind the till only one was serving due to the others standing around chatting. One frustrated lady in the queue asked the 'staff' if they could open another till and they stared blankly at her as they did not understand what she had said. Perhaps some training in people skills and learning a better understanding of the English language would help.

Absolutely disgusting customer service in the Brighton store. Tried some clothes on the ones that didn’t have hangers I asked the girl if I could leave it on the side as you do in the changing rooms she told me in the most disgusting way “fold it up” I said excuse me she told me again to fold it up so she didn’t have to. Myself and my husband was absolutely shocked. I found the manager in the store to let her know what had just happened she was very apologetic but then the girl came over very aggressively saying we were lying I just couldn’t believe it. The manager didn’t say anything to the girl about her behaviour. The worst shop I’ve ever been to.

Love there clothes..... Be aware you have to pay for your goods up stairs. At the back of shop. When I mentioned it may be a good idea to have the tills open down stairs. The manager didn't like that.... Few people put there stuff down and left.
Losing customers die to such a simple problem you could resolve.

Both male and female section is large and well organised/tidy. There is a good variety of styles and good prices.
Can pick up good bargains and full priced items are not too expenaive but good quality.
Often the upstairs tills are closed which is a bit of a pain but queues downstairs seem to move quite quickly

Good service and good clothes, would otherwise be four/five star. Both my friend and I were charged a pound extra on the items we bought to the price listed. The dress I bought’s price tag said £25.99, and I was charged £26.99 for it. We didn’t realise this error until we had the receipts. Be careful of how much you’re being charged!

Pull and Bear has a nice selection of clothes however it always seems a bit disheveled and like no one even tries to neaten it up. I always see clothes on the floor. This may be the customers fault,who knows.

I went to pick up an online order and at least 30 people were in queue with only two people serving at the tills. As I don't need to go to the cash desk for pick up my order I tried for 10 minutes to find someone around the shop. No one. I tried upstairs in the male section: no one around the shop and all the tills closed. At the end I found a staff member next to the changing room but when I asked him about my order he Just said "I don't know" and went away to put the clothes back. So on a busy saturday only 3 people are working in ground floor and one doesn't know what he's doing and no one in 1st floor at all. That's unacceptable.

Oh my days this shop is so annoying! I rarely go in but every time I do the shop is untidy and queues are long with one person serving. Today, 23 Feb 17, approx 6 people in queue, one person serving (as norm) and a member of staff was tidying up the accessories next to the queue. Er! Hello! Get on the till ! Eventually she stopped re shelving purses and did go on the till but after 5 minutes of faffing. No urgency at all. Owners of Pull and Bear also own Zara - they are same, no customer service. Theme here......

My experience of pull and bear Brighton was awful, my friend was interrogated in front of everyone when trying to return an item she'd brought an hour before and the staff were very unhelpful when I asked to pick up an order.

Es una Pena el estado en el que estaba la tienda el último que estuve hace una semana. Era un auténtico caos. Había más ropa en el suelo que en los percheros, sólo una caja abierta y una cola interminable para pagar. No tenían suficiente personal y el que había, obviamente no daba a basto. Es deplorable ver las condiciones de trabajo y x consiguiente el penoso servicio e imagen que ofrecen al consumidor. Inditex, debería plantearse seriamente su política desde los cimientos.
