We had a wonderful experience buying our 2017 Tesla X from Golden Circle Ford Lincoln. We live 6+ hours away so all the negotiating was done over the phone with Kevin. It was simple and very straightforward. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We even got 2 walk around videos from Kevin and Dacota. Dacota was our onsite sales person that helped us get set up and learn about our new car. This was our first electric car and thus our first Tesla. There was a lot to figure out and Dacota made it easy. He had done his homework! He was able to show us everything we needed to know to jump in and give it a whirl. Tesla technology can be intimidating and we were so appreciative that Dacota made it so easy for us. We highly recommend Golden Circle Ford Lincoln. Our buying experience was top notch!

Outstanding service from golden circle Ford!!!! Especially from salesman Terry Sullivan. First time buying a vehicle and it was awesome. Very patient through the whole deal and is very nice and helped me a lot and had answer to every question I had and follows up on how I like the my new Ford. Definitely the man I would go to every time. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted and I was short on time before I would have to go back to Cali. He went and tracked down the vehicle with the package I wanted on it and got it to the dealership for me. Very cool man!!! Go see him for a vehicle!!!! Service department is awesome too!

Had a great experience buying a vehicle with Rachel. Came almost 6 hours to buy a used car and traded in my truck. I feel like this dealership is one of the very few that can actually be trusted. I didn’t try to negotiate any prices because everything was very fair. I felt welcomed and everyone was very friendly. I had concerns about driving the long distance and uncertainties about the vehicle and purchase process, but they made it easy and reassuring with the warranty and whole process.
I don’t believe in writing reviews without providing ways to improve the company or product, without constructive criticism, if you truly care about the product or company. So the following is kind criticisms with no ill will intended.
I caught them off guard by arriving 3 hours early, so it’s difficult to give any criticism on my only complaints which are the vehicle not being “perfectly detailed”. Due to me arriving early there wasn’t much time to clean it up. They were rushed to clean it up and in the process didn’t put my floor mats back in, so I had to purchase new ones when I got home. Again probably due to being rushed by me being early.
The tank will filled with half of a tank of gas and I would have appreciated a full tank of gas, but again not a big deal.
The last criticism is also minor and probably a misunderstanding. I was inquiring about how to charge the vehicle since it’s an plug in hybrid. I was told the vehicle didn’t have a charger included and I almost purchased one, but discovered there was one in the luggage compartment. I’m sure it isn’t easy keeping up on all of the details of every vehicle.
All in all, the whole experience (minus the long drive time) was great. I will definitely consider doing the long drive in the future just to do business with this dealership. I am more than pleased.

Went for an oil change/maintenance.
It was successful.
No problems afterwards.
It was affordable/Done in a decent amount of time.
To waste time, looked at some at the trucks.
I find it odd, how many trucks are without without tow package up there.
If someone were to get a V8, you would think that would be included( which what they cost, it should have the nav, 4 wheel drive, tow package.)
The offer a decent warranty as well.
Wasn't a bad experience, it would have been better if they had more of an selection.

I GOT EXACTLY THE NEW TRUCK I WANTED & GOT FULL TRADE IN ON MY 2015 MUSTANG. It pays to take care of our cars too, if you want top trade in value.

The wife and I were just driving by today in Jackson and saw some Lightning Blue F150s on the lot and decided to just take a quick look.
Ended up being greeted by a very friendly, kind, and fun to talk to product specialist by the cool name of Lane Hodges. He was quite familiar with the Ford F150 by year, trim, and even which colors (he was telling me cool info like how popular the various options vs colors were). My immediate impression was that he was not being pushy and he genuinely wanted the best for us. I also quickly realized he had a good heart and a good head on his shoulders.
I originally went to just see what was up with some cool blue F150s. The result was that I had a great time talking about stock/availability and hearing about updated features and technology in the truck product line I really enjoy. I really appreciate the interaction I was blessed with thanks to them having an awesome product specialist named Lane Hodges. Thank you, Lane!
