My husband and I have purchased a few cars over the years from Galpin because they have always been competitive with the pricing of their vehicles and they really know how to treat their customers right. I just took delivery of my brand new Navigator 2020 and I absolutely love it. Justin was our guy for the whole process and he was incredible to work with. I can't recommend him enough. He worked super hard, searching to get my Navigator exactly the way I wanted which was no easy feat. He was easy going, friendly, patient and super knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He made me feel extremely well taken care and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. He actually made this vehicle purchase fun because it all went so smoothly. A HUMONGOUS Thank YOU to his awesome manager Jeremy! He helped make sure we got a great deal. Love all these guys at Galpin. We will surely be visiting Justin again soon in the future. I have purchased my first Band New Vehicle at Galpin a year and a half ago. Was a long day there but it happened. Took a long time to finally get me something after I took care of family first and made sure all my girls were out of the house and on there own. Everytime I brought truck in to get it's usual service, everyone was nice. Had a problem with something simple and they still treated me so well. I have dealt with Michelle in Service and she's great. They definitely are busy, a little patience is needed. Great team they have here!!!

Hi Miguel Gomez the salesperson at Ford galpin made the process easy and fast when buying our 2020 mustang gt. He was quick and answered all of our questions like it should be. That’s why we had to leave a comment. Also Adrian at the finance department was very welcoming. This was the second time he helped us with the finance part. I highly recommended these two people when going to Galpin they will make it happen !!

A much better experience than I had expected from a dealership. I had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and Galpin Ford was the most professional. Sure, there was haggling over the price but that was with the manager, who, in the end, was fair. My sales person, Rudy Lopez, was exceptional. Rudy never pressured and I never felt uncomfortable throughout the process. Being in the IT field, I have a particular aversion to sharing personal information and Rudy was accommodating as we filled in the forms. The dealership promised the vehicle would be ready for me to test drive the next day and it was - clean and ready to go. The next day, when I picked it up, it was totally prepared and ready to go. They paid attention to the details and id what they promised. Rudy never pressured even when there were bumps along the way and they gave a fair price. If you are in the market for a car, I recommend you give Galpin a visit and ask for Rudy. Additional point: The music is amazing. Classic rock - what a pleasure to hear that places are still playing real music. It made the experience much more pleasurable.

This was a really great experience for me. I had a chance to look at multiple trucks and Marat Tumasov was very communicative and patient. He even threw in a few magic tricks along the way! Once Marat understood what I was looking for, he found the perfect truck for me. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had! I THANK YOU very much for all the GREAT help and work on my truck. I especially want to thank the young man that gave my guide dog and myself a ride home. The contract driver would not let Diesel, my guide dog, I in his vehicle. When the office found out about this they immediately had one of your your employees drive us home after putting cardboard down in the back of 1 of your vans. I went into look for a used vehicle, and immediately Rudy came out to help us. He was so extremely patient and showing us many different vehicles, he listened to what we wanted in a car, made suggestions, and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Great service! Tim explained problem with my wheels. But, solved the problem. Waited outside in the patio area ( where there are several cell phone chargers, and hand cleaner dispensers, and ate brunch at the outside patio restaurant . Tasty food and great service! My car looked so shiny after the Galpin car wash!

She wanted to purchase "Credit Insurance" (also known as Debt Cancellation), but Galpin misled her and sold her an un-needed warranty (GAP Insurance). Plans are to ask for help from the ConsumerFinanialProtectionBureau (US government organization), and California Attorney General.

Walked in and out . Was ready to ask for info on the new bronco sport and possibly trade in my paid off Escape Hybrid which I realized that I got at NoHo Ford. They seem like they aren’t stressed for business no one ever offered to talk to me. At least I sat in the car but I’m taking this as a sign and not be loyal to Ford , American brand which doesn’t make good cars, sadly.

very helpful and professional!!! I buy my cars here but the reason for my review: I caught my ex employee stealing in my accounts. she embezzled in all my accounts: she followed me when considering her fraud acts; and because i buy here, she did too..... i called the manager of this location to explain the scenario- he reimburse my card same day, even though it happened 5 months prior.... American express did not approve on the spot, they are working on building a claim against her - yet for the willing to help me- I'm so appreciative and will keep returning here for my cars. Thank you for the assistance you were willing to do!!!

The parking for customers abound and there's a security gentleman who directs first timers in the establishment where they go, the parts store was very clean and protocols for Covid are well placed and readily read, distancing signs on the floor are visible and employees were very helpful

Communication at this place are awful. Need service? Plan to take half of your day even if you make the first appointment of the day. Why have 8am appointments when your technicians don’t start until 8:30??! I’ll return my lease and never return to this dealer. The customer does not come first here.

The 4 or 5 star reviews on Google are likely from friends abd family of Galpin. I don't know why anyone would place 4 a star service when the evidence of bad service is so hard to disprove. Galpin's advisory service is non existent. Try it for yourself. Before you buy a car from any dealer, audit everything and call their service center see how equitable they are in helping you. They don't return messages. If they're super busy they'll pick up the phone and hang-up the call on you so it's stops ringing. This is the last time I will lease or have anything to do with Galpin. Can't wait to get out of my lease. Piss poor service.

This Review is for Dev Shahani!!! I went there not knowing what to expect except that Dev is the guy that my family deals with when it comes to cars!!! He met with me and my brother was extremely helpful and detailed and kept us updated with process making it so easy and smooth! I even thought of getting another car (from the same shop) that was more expensive, but he was very honest with his advice and we took him up on it! He is the man! My wife and I went to Galpin Ford. I was dressed down in running shorts and a t shirt. No one approached my wife and I to help us out with questions about the vehicle's in stock. We asked for help and was told that someone will help us out. We waited for about 25 minutes, the sales reps were browsing online and some were talking ignoring us. My wife and I walked out the door and told the first sales rep we saw to tell the manager we were going to Sunrise Ford instead. We ended up buying a new Ford Explorer for my wife at Sunrise Ford because we were welcomed right away. We are never stepping foot at Galpin ever again. Once I pay off my Lincoln MKC in the Summer, I will trade it in for an Expedition at Sunrise Ford.

This place is the definition of bait and switch. I am the kind of buyer that I do my homework and know exactly what I want before I purchase. Was lured to the lot by assuring me over the phone that they had the vehicle & specifications I wanted. Got to the lot and they wouldn't let me speak with the man I had worked with on the phone. And guess what they didn't have? The vehicle they promised they had on site. Further, they had no intention of assisting me acquire the model I wanted and aggressively tried to sell me another vehicle. When the sales associate found out I was a cash buyer and would not be doing financing through them, they invited me to leave, which I warmly welcomed. I love my Ford, I love the dealership I got it from, I have friends who have purchased SUVs because they also love my SUV... and very important: I always tell them DO NOT GO TO GALPIN. Would never do business here.

Great helpful staff but make sure if you are looking at the web you call and get the right information about the actual price of the vehicle you are looking at . The web inventory give you one price and when you call it gets bumped up $20000 because of dealer add ons . They should advertise the actual price so you don’t waste your time . I buy a truck every 4 to 6 years but guess I will not look here for my next one , I don’t appreciate bait and switch.

I took my Focus RS for a warranty service 2 weeks ago. I had an appointment so I figured my car will get done the same day or the next at the latest. The service advisor, Tim Craft never gave me an update unless I ask. I left a voice message with the service manager Pat McNeely yesterday, no response. It's been 2 weeks and I'm not sure if my car is getting worked on. I left a voice message with Tim...no response. This will certainly make me think twice when it's time to purchase another vehicle. Just awful service! I can't believe why they are treating me this way.

I came to look at a car that they had listed, but I made the mistake of not calling first. The car was already sold, BUT that didn't stop them from helping me. Alan is a great employee, and individual, who took his time to see what I wanted and tried the best he can to offer me a great deal for the car I initially wanted. Unfortunately I couldn't get the car from Galpin Ford, however he did point me out to Galpin Honda which had the car I wanted in stock. Alan contacted them and explained to them about my situation, and Galpin Honda took care of me. Even if I went to Galpin Honda, Alan contacted me through my cell phone and asked to speak with another associate at Galpin Honda to explain my situation. That in itself shows that the Galpin family really is trying their best to work with the individual and their needs. I ended up getting the car I wanted in the same day. Thank you very much Alan and the Galpin Family for helping me get the car I wanted at a great deal with amazing customer service! Definitely going to write a review for Galpin Honda next!
