The store seems almost back to normal now with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom showrooms which are roped off. I guess you need to ask or have an appointment to view. Place seemed well stocked, they certainly had all the bits I needed.

Despite being in company branded clothing and vehicle they refused to acknowledge my trade account as I couldn't show them the app on my phone (battery was dead). They've missed out on a £250+ sale today and all my future business. Quite simply unbelievable.

Product was reasonably priced, quality of the wood was poor lots of damage and splinters and good luck finding staff in the place. Product was being kept in the back and no floor staff to help.

Very disappointed. Went to Arnold branch and saw an offer for a drill at £98 Instead of £124, but none in stock. Was told 2 were available at Loughborough so travelled to buy. Was told there that the offer was removed last night so would have to pay full price. Why was the advert and offer still on in Arnold, yet not elsewhere? I feel tricked and upset.

Good place plenty of parking, prices seem better than b&q but Wick's is more a builder's murchant rather than b&q which has more products but more expensive, staff are nice as well.

Made a trip, arrived 530pm to find store closes at 5pm which was a shock. DIY stores are generally known for opening later to buy trade products ready to start work following day. Other people were being turned away. Wake up Wickes!

I have never been disappointed on my visits to my Loughborough store. Staff are really helpful if I'm not sure what I need. Materials stocked are of a good standard and I have never, since the store opened, had to return any items. B& Q, just down the road do just have a competitive edge, but I always go to Wicks first.

The prices are getting better and quite often they beat the competition. Some of the staff are really nice and will go out of their way to help. Always plenty of spaces in the car park.

Limited range of goods.
Have visited the store a couple of times since moving to the area. Always seems quiet and unpopular. I rarely find the items I need and find I can get what I need at B&Q who have a much wider range and better value for money.
I think wickes is not all what its cracked up to be.
I would expect more from the way they advertise themselves.

Went to return item which was bought during lockdown and now can’t return it. Operations Manager Jamie @ Wickes Loughborough is very rude and arrogant.
Item is never used and it’s still in pristine condition.
Wickes Loughborough will closed down in next 2-4 years If they continue with such behaviour to loyal customer. I have Wickes Trade pro account and despite that I am getting treated like this.
@ David Wood CEO Wickes you really need to look into this? It may be minor issue for you but imagine if you start treating customers like that than one say you may not get any customer.

I purchased a ( Newport Toilet Pan Close Coupled Cistern & Seat) I fitted then when I flush the toilet water was stay in the toilet pan I spoke to the manager he came out with me to sort it then he realise it you can't do much about that because of the shape of the toilet pan so he said I will refund full the money he was really nice guy this is what is call a service!! I was shocked when he said I come and checked I never heard this service. Keep up the hard work many thanks much appreciated.

Trying to keep distance from a family of 5 was impossible. Please limit to 2 people together. Plus allow pick ups from outside rather than having to walk around the whole shop.
