Chuffed. Good bunch. Really pleased to purchase and collect the item that I needed on the same day.
Surprisingly, the price was actually very competitive against various other online retailers and I knew the quality would be what I needed.
I was able to order, pay, collect and use the bicycle product on the same day without waiting for delivery. We had a great weekend on the bikes as a result.
Pleased that I could trust the quality that I was buying before I ordered/collected.
Helpful bunch in store, helped me with an additional bike purchase for son's 10th birthday.

Following restoration of a 1930's Bicycle I needed to replace the tyres. The original tyre sizes are quite difficult to obtain, but with the help of Victoria, Matt and Stan who found a tyre size comparison chart, two tyres were purchased and fitted. Can't praise enough the assistance I recieved from this team.

Super quick and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble. Geoff talked me through everything he was doing to the car when replacing the bulbs and checked wipers to make sure they were OK even though he wasn't asked to. He really took care of me and made sure all my lights and indicators were working correctly. Geoff is a star!!

Just visited my nearest Halfords today and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also felt very safe walking around the store will all the restrictions being adhered to.

Good staff, very good range of items in store but some small items such as car door protectors are not stocked.
However other items such as tools are very good and a very good selection.
On the whole, really good shop!

I visited Halfords today because one of the number plate lights needed to be replaced. I was only expecting to get that light replaced. I spoke to Geoff who came out to the car and checked all of the lights for me. He found I also needed a replacement for one of the rear lights as well. If Geoff hadn’t been so thorough I wouldn’t have been aware of this and the car would have failed the MOT booked for next week.
I also asked him if he would check my wipers as well. They don’t need replacing yet but will do soon so I will be back to get them replaced.
Geoff explained everything to me clearly and was very friendly. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Very impressed and will be back again.
The price was also very reasonable for the replacement of the 2 lights.

Many thanks to Sue at Halfords (Burton).Having purchased a dash cam and hardwire kit, I set to work on fitting on my new Ecosport. I’d done these before, so thought 20 min job. How wrong I was! Newer fords now have micro 3 fuses which are not compatible with the hardwire kit piggyback fuses.
Anyway, to cut a long story, Sue listened, understood what I was trying to say and found a part (not off the shelf) that could solve my dilemma - all with no charge. Top service!

I needed two replacement bulbs for my car - the service I received from Sue Steed at Burton on Trent Halfords was amazing - was there was an issue fitting the dimmed headlight bulb and Sue worked tirelessly until the bulb was fitted and the issues resolved - I would highly recommend the service and thank Sue for her efforts

Had a sat nav hardwired at Halfords and you would have thought it was done at the VW factory. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure my care was safe for passenger's by relocating / rerouting another cable to avoid a trip hazard. Get your car tech sorted at Halfords. Stay Local and they will be there next time you need them. Great prices from changing a wiper blade to installing a radio / sat nav.

Hi just have to say Halfords service is always first class, But on this occasion we ordered number plate and paid for it got text to say it was ready got there only to be told it would be 15 to 20 mins because they need making up so what is the point that when been paid for they should ready.

Halfords, changing of a dipped beam bulb, I have been an engineer for a large part of my life and a very good diy person, but no way could I have changed this bulb without moving parts on my car an RCZ
Young guy here made my day great by achieving this fit, all the dread of removing parts what looked like taking a few hours over Xmas period was relieved.
Well done that guy again made my day.
Returned to Halfords with my girlfriends car as bulb actually seized in, after the above experience, no hesitation, bulb was changed once again ,had to be pulled out with pliers as it was jammed in.
