This is an amazing dealership! We had excellent help from both DJ and Preston! We were helped quickly, we were listened to and got exactly what we wanted! We loved these sales guys so much that we came back a week later and got a second Kia! 10/10 recommend.

Dont spend your time .let alone your money. If I could give this establishment 0 Stars because of the customer service then I would... anyone that is looking for great stand up service should not deal with this establishment... here is where the customer counts... in their feedback! I have an appointment with Kim and she bumped me for a friend of hers that just came by.. my time is important too. we've been working together for weeks and to be told that I'm being bumped for a best friend is pretty unacceptable when I asked the manager why couldn't the friend just work with someone else because the salesperson has an appointment the manager disregarded how I felt where I was coming from and just didn't take any responsibility!! Management under Josh...not so great.

Super quick with all repairs. And super kind, went yesterday because I had a nail in my tire. They got me in and out quickly and everyone was kind especially Rachel Dixon. She made sure I was taken care of and I'm super thankful for that!

So overall my experience with Young automotive group has been positive my compliments to the customer service abilities of front line employees. I've purchased 5 vehicles in the past 5 or 6 years for a total of about 220,000$. For me that's a lot of money unfortunately I've never seen or felt that I received any better treatment than "Joe Blow" off the streets? You seriously need to treat repeat customers better they are your life blood. Just saying.

Please do not buy cars from this place. They co-sponsor "Baby Animal Days" where baby bears are taken from their mother so they can be bottle fed for money! When they are no longer bottle feeding they sell them to the "Tiger King" aka Joe Exotic for more abuse!

Really enjoy being able to take my car into any of the Young dealerships in Morgan, Ogden, and Layton. Young's help keep me moving and driving my kids all over the Wasatch Front. They have taken incredible care of our family for many years. They have even loaned me a vehicle while one of our vehicles had a recall that needed attention. I have purchased 3 vehicles from the Young group but only at Young Mazda have I ever had a really bad experience! They did not follow thru on anything they said if you tell a customer you will do something you should follow thru it seems as if this place did not want me to get this particular vehicle they advertised at one price said I was getting a friends and family discount and didn’t give me squat I actually went thru the online search for a particular vehicle and thought I’d be dealing with the Young Ford dealership it’s been a fiasco what’s happened to this Young group or is the treatment I received by Paul and Boomer at Young Mazda because I’m Hispanic the Friends and Family discount was to add 4,000 dollars+ to the advertised price to make it out of reach

My husband and I bought our first new car from Young Honda in Logan, UT. I've never been treated so well by an automotive establishment -- EVER. We were in and out in 3 hours and traded in our old Honda as well. I don't think I'll never buy from a third party again. I'm sold on buying from Young Automotive Group. With our busy work schedules, it only makes sense for us to minimize the stress and buy from a Young dealership. I highly recommend if you live in northern Utah.

We drove from SLC to Odgen to see a truck referred by another dealership. Frank DeVino was helpful and professional and did a wonderful job of making us a deal we could not refuse. I was certain we were not making a purchase that evening but Frank made sure all of our needs and requirements were met and we left as the extremely happy owners of a new Ford F-150.
