I sent off my ecu to get tested. Would have appreciated a call to inform me of fault and to authorise the repair but it was just done automatically. I was then effectively held to ransom for my ecu back. (£250 - I think I could have got it done quite a bit cheaper and would have been happy to pay for diagnosis) In all fairness it appears to be a good repair and it was a quick turnaround so maybe I'm being a bit unfair but it really wasn't a nice position to be put in.

Denise is a top guy who goes the extra mile for all his customers. Blue hawk have managed to repair on site whilst I wait and also confirmed Ecu functions working or faulty on site whilst I waited. Highly recommended quality service at a fare price customer service second to none.

Sent my ECU off with water damage on the Friday received the ECU back following week Tuesday working and fully programmed. The out side of the case could have been polished up a bit for better customer service ! But I got what I payed for and promised he was quick and politely dealt with me no complaints I would recommend blue hawk electronics the price was reasonable .

Just don't use them. Worst communication I've ever had with a company. Been such a fight to get my ECU back. And didn't actually get it fixed in the end . Totally avoid!!
