Avoid this company at all costs ! Their customers service is terrible the staff are rude and don’t even acknowledge you. I bought a kranzle jet wash from them worth £500 only used it for 2 months and it’s had numerous problems , I payed to get it fixed but the problem still keeps happening. And they don’t even care to sort the problem out. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are good when they take your money but god forbid you ever have a problem with your tools or machines. 0 stars if I could ! Trading standards being called also . Proof of sale below !
Also clearly they delete bad reviews because there are a few 1 stars but can’t seem to see them when you look for them wow what a terrible company. I hope google don’t let them delete this one !

This is the best garden equipment and tool store I have found in this area. They have a wide range of machinery for the professional and amateur alike, backed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The hand and power tool are of the best quality and there is a large range of equipment for every purpose. I have bought stuff from here for many years and have always received the best service.

I've traded with Taylor for years buying most of my professional gardening kit from them - even in this age of on-line buying. They have a good stock of quality machines and tools - l can't recommend them enough.
Don't forget too that they have an excellent service workshop and spares outlet too.

Once you've told them what you are looking for, they use a sales technique where they say "its £10" (for example) ...and then say "oh no, made a mistake....its actually £30! - but I'll sell it you for £20 as I told you wrong price..." and so you think you're getting a good deal. Do your homework first though and you'll find anywhere else will sell same item for £10 ....my fault for not checking first I guess, hopefully this review warns others though.
This is a good company to go to if you want to pay twice the market price for an item, otherwise go elsewhere.
Will never go back obviously.
Would give them less than 1 star if google would allow it
