Store colleagues are friendly and helpful however the female manager needs some anger management. When a situation had arisen when approached calmly she responded with aggression and defensiveness. That is no way to approach anyone especially as a manager. Bad example to her staff and bad reputation for the store. Won’t be returning

Really bad service! Will not return anything purchased from another dunelm store!!Even with proof of receipt and labels on items.Karen who I believe is store manager was very rude and unhelpful! Other customers in the queue was not impressed with her attitude either

Refused to refund me for faulty goods I bought in the Horsham store the day before even with a proof of purchase receipt. "Its against store policy". Never heard of this rubbish in all my life, the reason I went to the Crawley store was because they had replacement stock for the faulty goods I was returning where as Horsham was sold out.

Rude till operator who refused to refund or exchange goods that were wrong size, proof of receipt and only bought day before. Outright bad service and horrible attitude from 2 till operators
