Terrible parking space controls by Scumbag One Parking Solution LTD company.
I got charged £100 fine for purchasing my ticket 2 minutes later than I supposed to. Apparently you got only 10 minutes to purchase your parking ticket once you enter the parking area, as in my case, I didn't have the correct change and I had to update my credit card details on the app to be able to pay for the parking. However, it toke me 12 minutes in total to do that. Therefore, According to the scumbag company's rules parking session purchased after the grace period expired.
In addition, I event left the parking area 10 minutes before my actual ticket was due to expire so I over stayed in the parking spot for only 2 minutes.
I understand the rules and regulations but staying 2 minutes extra or buying your ticket 2 minutes late should not give them the right to charge you £100,
200 times more than what it should be.
I am happy to pay for 1 hour extra or if not 24 hours extra but not £100.
Ridiculous. This is a robbery.

I Had a paid ticket for my car, but have now received a CCJ (County Court Judgement) for an unpaid PCN?!? (Parking Charge Notice).
Even though I'd paid and sent them evidence! Absolutely Ridiculous.....

DO NOT USE this car park. - there are MUCH safer, more honest and reputable ones close by.
1. You cannot pay at the machine using any cards - only by cash / coins, even this far into the 21st Century. Payment by phone app was not possible on the day I tried.
2. You have to pay for every hour or part, as whole hours - the time does NOT increment pro rata with extra payment - and it gives NO change if you do overpay, expecting the pro-rata time.
3. Although there may have been signs to say, I saw NONE that point out that parking time is taken by CAMERA from the moment that you drive into the entrance till the moment that you drive out, not from when you have found an adequately marked space, found the change for the machine, and paid for your ticket.
NOTE - this means a “fine” even if you go in, find that you do not have enough coins or cannot get APP to work, and drive out 2 minutes later without having used the Parking.
4. The “FINE” for ANY incursions or overstays is actually a “Parking Charge Notice” for £100.
The small print permits a reduced payment of £60 “within 14 days” of the date that THEY sent the Notice - not the date received.
NOTE - The method of the Notice being sent BY POST means that legally, you actually have 21 DAYS in which to pay the reduced rate - NOT the incorrectly advised 14 days as per the Notice
Private parking companies have NO official right to FINE you, though they may try to make you think they do. All they're doing is sending you a notice of what they deem to be a breach of contract, and using intimidating methods and language.
5. This is a very poorly lit car park, completely open to the street. I would be concerned re security for any extended parking or return after dark.
In short, I would have.a left a NEGATIVE star review if it had been possible.

Have parked here a couple of times and have never had an issue, however the bays aren’t the easiest to get in and out of and would avoid if you have a larger vehicle.

Don't be fooled by the cheap prices!
It has automated camera at entry/exit points so even if you have returned to your car within your time, if you leave just after you get the nice present in the post of a £100 fine!
Totally unacceptable! Will never use again!
The parking is very exposed and is not secure! AVOID!

Be very careful. The cash payment machine in my case did not work and as a result I forget to pay later - receive a fine of £100. ie 66 times the cost of parking. If you pay later they will charge another £70 admin fee for doing sweet FA. And the Government allows these modern day "thieves" the pleasure. Adding insult to injury. Its better for the owner not to service the machine and make sure it does not accepts cash. Most parking machines now accept credit cards - not this one - I guess why would you when you can charge £170 for every mistake !

Not recommended on lots of counts - there are legitimate NCP car parks nearby. I got a penalty notice because I could not enter the details of my stay on either the Just Park app which I downloaded or by telephone. Both methods told me the car park was free for the period I requested. Fortunately I took a screenshot of the app and my appeal was successful - still too much hassle when the operator probably knew the booking system was down at the time.
The car park is dingy and poorly lit and in a rough looking corner of Brighton. The parking spaces are poorly laid out and it would be easy to park outside the lines. I only went in because I was late for a meeting and thought it was a proper car park.
The same operator issued me with a penalty notice at Shoreham airfield a few years ago - in that case I didn't see a poorly signed requirement in what had previously been a free parking area outside the terminal building. My appeal failed that time. Beware!

Be very careful indeed. The company running this car park charge £100 if you go over your time even by a minute! The car park is dingy & feels very insecure, so how they can justify the change i really don't know. I, for one, will never be parking here again!

AVOID!
They make their money from fines. We drove in, realised we were in the wrong car park and left about 5mins later. We never left the car or even turned the engine off but the automated cameras meant we got a £100 fine. Appeal was also unsuccessful.

Do not park here. £100 fines for paying to park and slightly over line as all other cars were parked at the same angle. Impossible to park within the lines. They refuse appeals, then hound you with debt companies. Park anywhere but here.

Worst car park got fined £100. We returned on time but stayed in the car while I had to fill out some forms. We exited passed expiry, they send you a photo with timed entry and timed exit!!

There is no safe opportunity to park here. During half year our bicycle /parts was stolen twice despite of the continously working cctv camera on the building outside. Be careful! Police closed the investigation because of "missing evidences"!

Don’t park here it is set up so any infringement will cost you £100. Was late returning and got a ticket for £100 or if you pay within 14 days £70. Now trying to pay. Automatic phone system not working and no one answers the telephone. Now time up and have to pay £100 by cheque.

Cheap parking for Brighton, and safer than you'd think from the outside. Make sure you have plenty of change though as there aren't really any shops nearby to get some!

Don’t even use the car park but live right next to it. Owners have an anti loitering alarm that goes off at 1 in the morning, every morning and it stops me from sleeping. Tried contacting them on their website but nothing.

Машината за плащане на паркинга, работи само с монети, не връща ресто - но това го разбирате в последствие, няма опция за удължаване на времето за престой!
И така след заплатени от мен 3£ и втори път 4,40£ или общо 7,40£ за 3 часа престой, след две седмици получих и глоба!
Престоят е 1,70 на час!
