This store is big and contains almost all household stuff especially home decor. From floor lamps to chandeliers to wall frames, rugs everything is here and of good quality. A bit pricey but worth it. Its location in castle park makes it easy to visit often. A very large parking it has.

Reasonably priced home store/DIY supply store with a garden centre. What we found on the last visit was that some of the aisles were blocked by items that haven't been placed on shelves (or they were too large to be on shelves). Most of the aisles were generally too narrow for two trollies to be able to cross. However, they have a nice selection of items

The staff there went beyond the call of duty when my wife asked for the display tree and a set of out of stock display light up robins. Luckily I was wearing a mask which hid the grin from ear to ear. What absolute stars! Top marks for customer service!

Was really impressed with the amazing things that my family saw as we walked around the store.
We only brought a wooded plaque to countdown to Christmas we always buy a new item for Christmas every year that we have been married.

The range has a good selection of products but at the minute there is way too much Christmas stuff and not enough Halloween. A better stock of games for adults would he great too. Apart from that it's a good store

Nice shop. Well laid out. Had occasion to deal with 2 members of staff. Both extremely helpful and friendly. Had previously visited Dunelm and here there were similar items much much cheaper. Lovely shopping experience.

I was quite disappointed as I love the range. The store today was messy no organisation in the store with stock. Empty shelves. Normally visit Lady Bay retail park and often come of with more than I went in for. I'll stick to what I know. I won't be visiting this store again sorry to say.

Friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me a couple of weeks ago. At closing time too, when staff r more likely just to want to bustle u out.They have a wide range, some really lovely stuff, & competitively priced. Make sure when u go u give urself plenty of time. Because, if ur like me, u 'get lost, in space & time' whilst in there!
