Brighton Soap

Placed on order for my friends birthday present almost 4 weeks ago and it never arrived. I have tried emiling/phoning the company with nothing but answering machines and no responses to my emails. I would like a full refund!

I can't say I received bad customer service, as I didn't receive *any* customer service. I ordered online and paid £4.50 for delivery. I fully understand that adverse weather played a part in a very slow delivery, but when I contacted Brighton Soap to see if I could find out where my package was, I received no response to my email or telephone message. I assumed that £4.50 for shipping would provide some form of tracking information, but when the package finally arrived a full week after purchase, the post mark was for £3.00 and 2nd class. Not what expected or what I feel I paid for. And to not receive any kind of response from the company was very disappointing. The package is a gift, so I have not opened it or used any of the products so can't speak to their quality, but the low rating is for what I feel are misleading postage costs and lack of communication.

So happy with my products, they are really beautiful. Royal Mail were a little slow, but the quality was worth the wait!

Lovely authentic products, I bought as a gift for my mum at Christmas, she loved it especially the candles.

Purchased a £36+postage gift set for my wife for Christmas. Disappointed to open on Christmas to find half the items missing, only 1 large bath bomb, 2 candles, a pot of oil and a pot of salts, rather than the advertised 3 Large bath bombs, selection of mini bombs, 2 candles, 2 oils and salt pots. Needless to say the gift box looked pretty empty. Worst of all, I haven't even received a reply or explination from Brighton Soap with what happened to my order, or whether the advertised box set is plain false advertisement.

Order placed as part of Mother's Day promotion some 2 weeks in advance. Never arrived and now seeking a full refund.

Purchased these products and was extremely impressed with the packaging and service. They were gifts for my partner which she loves and now purchases monthly. Also brought as gifts for family and friends. Thanks guys

Superb, ordered some bath bombs and candles as a mother's day gift. Quality products, well packaged, fast delivery and a very happy mum. Highly recommended.

Terrible company. Alex at Brighton soap told me they’d sent the item (which was a birthday present ordered weeks in advance), and then that they’d sent a replacement when it failed to arrive. I didn’t get that either so she said they’d refund me. They didn’t refund me as promised, and when I chased it up she said I hadn’t paid. PayPal have refunded me but I’d like to have read a review like this to save myself trouble, and a missed birthday present.
