charged twice for delivery, no one from Customers Service picks up the phone and/or respond to emails, once opened one of the items I ordered I discovered it's cracked, again no one picks up the phone or respond to my communication. Lastly, the driver destryoed my gate when parked in, discovered that with my CCTV as he did not bother to stop and say anything.Horrible experience, I strongly dissugest anyone to purchase from this retailer as their Customer Service and care is very very poor.

At the beginning of October '20 I ordered a 'Made to Measure Black Out' window blind for a family member. Gave Dunelm the correct measurements and collected the blind from their Erdington store. Went over with my partner to my family member's home and we fitted and hung the blind. Blind wasn't Black Out at all as it was incorrectly made at 6cm shorter in length than the figures I gave Dunelm. Family member needs a completely dark room to sleep in and Erdington store needed me to take in evidence of Dunelm's mistake. Had to wait until the second Lockdown ended before both of us again went over, took down a slat from the blinds and did another trip back to Dunelm in Erdington. Mistake accepted and blind is being remade. However its impossible to ring and check the progress as no one answers the phone like ever. Seriously how is it that I am able to get every room in my house completely redecorated and then spring clean throughout, get all my outside repainting including summerhouse inside and out done, clear up all the garden leaves, weed and mulch front and back gardens, reseed and autumn top dress my lawn, clean my patio and tidy out my garage so that I can put my thoroughly cleaned car away in it each night IN LESS TIME than it takes you to make me a blind that fits! Surely it can't be that difficult? Also the 90" drop Ready Made grey chenille curtains that I purchased in September, for the same family member weren't made level, the drop varied between 90.5 and 92 inches, which is frustrating once you have already measured, drilled and put up the curtain pole. Store Manager at Erdington was very fair as it was a manufacturing error but if you can't deliver a decent window dressing service then just stick to selling home accessories; cushions, throws, rugs and reed diffusers, all of which to be fair you excel in!

Avoid At All Cost... Terrible customer service. Take your money, hold onto it for nearly 3 months and then still don't deliver the goods when the promise. No calls or emails, just don't turn up. Now you cant contact anyone at Dunelm and the Stores don't want to know as the order was online..! Spend your money with a more worthwhile company that might actually care..!

I will no longer shop at Dunelm having discovered that one of the directors is Paula Vennell who in her role as Post Mistress General was responsible for the prosecution, imprisonment , bankruptcy and suicides of over 500 sub post office workers Her intransigence and cover up of computer systems failures which resulted in ruining so many people's lives cannot be ignored. any longer. I cannot support any business that condones this person who claims to be a woman of God and yet has blatantly lied to protect herself and the company she served.My friends and family feel the same way and will no longer give Dunelm our custom.

Ordered a Pinsonic Runner for my 6' bed. Arrived yesterday, 22nd October. Not cheap at £40.95p. Very disappointed, badly made and badly packaged. One end of runner not straight and one corner, material inside, all twisted. The silk edges not a consistent size. Instead of using Velcro on ribbon packaging used buttons which have marked velvet fabric. This is the only runner I have found for my 6' bed in grey so, as long as you don't look too closely, it will do but would certainly not recommend this item. Their quality control needs to check items properly.

Won’t be shopping with Dunelm again wether it’s the store or online. Item arrived badly damaged and one item hasn’t arrived at all. Can’t get in touch with anyone and getting no response whatsoever. Quick enough to take your money but not at sorting your problem out. Shocking customer service, should be ashamed of themselves treating customers this way

Ordered and paid for goods on 18th May. Delivery due by 10th June. By 11th June, I still hadn't received my order so emailed customer service who confirmed that my order had not been dispatched. An investigation was to be raised that would take up to 72 hours. I've heard nothing since, despite 2 reminders and the phone lines are closed so I can't speak to anyone. I'm really disappointed with the Dunelm customer service experience.

spent £1500.0 at Dunhelm fined £90 for staying too long in the car park after trying to sort out a refund for damage goods and choosing of items to replace. Can not get hold anyone to speak to as no one answers your calls even at head office So disgraceful.and frustrating .

45 times I have called the store( Nuneaton) and no answer over a 7 week period, it become apparent know one cares in the Dunelm business, I shall request a total refund on my visit to the store later. I even called customer service, however as I have ordered ( paid for in full) made to measure it must be a call to the store. This is not even a laughing matter, totally disappointed.

A friend told me of how helpful the young woman was at Syston. But! He is still getting emails from Dunelm, even though he does not shop on line. He lives in Leicester and the the other person lives in Epsom. He has been trying to sort it out for a month. But all he gets is, that they are right and he is wrong.

Ordered a mattress promised delivery 7/11/19 got rid of my old one waited in all day never arrived phoned customer service 8am 8/11/19 told they would get back to me never happened tried to call back all day no answer still waiting for an answer from them I've explained that my wife is disabled and now at the moment we are sleeping on a 2 seater settee and a chair thoroughly disgusted with Dunelm would not recommend anyone to order from DUNELM on line
