We have made an order with davpack almost 2 weeks ago, their website saying 24-48 hours delivery time. No package has arrived and had to call them for a replacement package.
Customer Service seemed to be nice however as we had not received anything after almost 2 weeks, that makes no difference from my side of things.
They also said package was not delivered because of "having issues finding the address" which is odd because no other couriers had issues when delivering other packages there. And they said they have phoned but we received no phone calls regarding the delivery.

I avoid writing negative reviews unless I feel very strongly that other people need to be made aware of just how bad a company is, which is my experience with Davpack.
After placing a large order for a bespoke size box, the order arrived with 90% of the boxes broken. They were also made in a different material to the sample I ordered. I was then told the sample was not from them (it was, I only ordered from them) and that it wasn't possible to produce the boxes without damage (breaks to the internal cardboard).
They left me with no solution whatsoever.
This has set me back months and caused my business a huge amount stress, and as a result I am forced to redesign my product as I no longer have time to work with a different supplier on bespoke boxes.
I can't begin to stress how appalled I am with this company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Davpack are so unprofessional, I had the worst experience with their customer service team. All I wanted to do was order products and I was back and forth with them for a month doing bank transfers and being told that I still owed them money. Instead of having a quick and easy experience at the check out like any other company, I wasted so much time to be told that I have to send a third transfer it was ridiculous. Sue from Customer service really needs to wise up if she wants to represent this company well. She was so rude and unhelpful.

Shocking customer service, paid for order, spoke to one person who said the order could leave that day, then spoke to Nicky. Nicky's customer service skills are zero, no apology because she lied that they had been dispatched, then she was insulted when I said her customer service skills were lacking, telling me that they were very good actually and she wasn't listening to me anymore and was terminating the call. We still haven't received our order, and who knows when this will be delivered.

Mixed reviews of this company. In general they deliver fairly quickly, however for a packaging company, they package their products terribly. Packs of flat pack boxes are loosely wrapped in a cardboard sheath/broken box with some tape on which often leads to a few units being damaged. We are a small business and luckily I saw the delivery arrive last time as it was left out in the drizzle, cardboard boxes....

The on going tragedy of davpack - they are ALWAYS late with deliveries - and the vast majority of the time if the order is big there will likely be something missing... but that happens to us all... the worst part is if you try to point it out to them - be it a sales person on the phone or one of the managers - they always have some sort of aloof way to brush it off and make excuses... i just cancelled my order out of frustration and ofcourse the sales rep acted like I had just made an order... all cheerful etc.. I run a business too and have to say I'm embarassed and sad when someone cancels and order when I've screwed up... not sure why Davpack couldnt care less...

Terrible customer service
I've used Davpack since the beginning of this year for my business (orders every 2-3 weeks), haven't had too many problems apart from the deliveries being quite bashed up sometimes.
This last order though took 17 days to come and was only dispatched due to me chasing it at that stage. I was advised a machine had broken but on chasing again after a couple of days nothing was mentioned about this just that they were very busy (?). I wrote a letter of complaint to the managing director who decided to let someone clearly not up to the job of negotiating settlements sort the issue offering me 1 small pack of boxes as compensation! worth around £15 max. Even on advising her I would be giving bad review and feedback she wouldn't budge. Would rather lose a good customer and allow bad reviews than offer the full refund that I (reasonably) was asking for. They're milking it whilst lockdown is making more people rely on sending via RM or courier but couldn't see their way to refunding a regular customer even when I said I would go elsewhere. Bad customer service!! Glad you can afford to lose customers like that. You don't just lose one customer, you lose quite a few.

They have the perfect box sizes I need for my business and like several other reviews I did have my orders delayed because they didn't have stock available despite it being listed as available online.
Customer Services have been excellent in these cases and now I always phone (Luke is great) to place an order so that I know if it's in stock or if there will be a delay.

Placed my order for a pack of 50 boxes first thing Monday morning. The listing said all sizes available. Wednesday pm I received an email to say they didn't have them in stock but I could have the white version. I replied to say yes to the white version. By Friday my order had still not arrived and they would not be able to process until after the weekend. A wasted week and a massive delay to my being able to send my products out. No apology whatsoever. They couldn't care less.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Davpack staff will say anything on the phone except the truth. False information given again and again about the status of orders, the delivery dates and more. Terrible customer service, awful company to deal with and they should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. Avoid.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Appalling on all levels. We ordered card board boxes as a mean to fulfill large volume orders we are encountering, with the promise of next day delviery. It took 4 days + a weekend. When it arrived (After countless follow ups) the driver, who was a rude, unprofessional rowdy guy. Came with the pallet and dropped it off on the pavement outside our office, which is based on a busy high street in London.
The team said they cancelled the order and will be collecting it, the whole pallet is still on the street. We will be calling the city council to come and collect their rubbish.. Absolutely appalling. When talking to customer service about the situation, the lady on the other line said "That's fine" and hung up on me. Their complain procedure is non existent - you email their management team on sales@... with no standard operating procedure, no nothing.. seems like a a dody business. Run away at all costs..

Horrible company! I ordered boxes of £186.3 but delivery was too late . So I asked tracking number. Then they show me the delivery invoice. It is not my signature on it....also in our company all cctv . it was not their courier. They refused me refund or resend the box. If don't loose your money and time, DO NOT USE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY!

One of the leading packaging manufacturers in the uk, good to see Davpack are being proactive in their expanding range of environmentally friendly packaging materials. Been purchasing packaging supplies and materials from Davpack for nearly 3 years and the quality and service has always been excellent. The delivery is very fast always arriving with a day and the prices are competitive. Would recommend to anyone requiring business packaging supplies at bulk.

Davpack use DX as a courier who are terrible. They are impossible to contact - neither our local depot nor head office answer the phone. So our order has been returned to sender twice - Davpack dont inform you that your item has been returned and nor fo DX - its a shambles - also DX finally delivered the item in damaged packaging - you would think Davpack could pack their own good adequately - but they dont! and dont really care that it arrived without adequate protection fo travel or subsequent storage...too much hassle to order from Davpack - waste too uch time following up on an order - I used UK Packaging instead - better courier company and better service overall... after a failed delivery attempt. Unless Davpack start using a different courier, I would avoid.

I placed an order and paid for it online. I then received an email saying they had a query and wanted me to call them. There is no information in the email as to why I should call them and when I phoned the lady struggled to understand why they had asked me to call. Not a very good start. I was then told that there was a minimum order quantity on the item I had ordered and they would need to requote! Shocking. I asked for a refund, so I could use a more reputable company and 2 days later I still don't have a refund! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Placed my first order with Davpack and they short shipped my order. Slightly my fault for not checking but absolutely no compensation given despite their error. The sales team are blaming it on DPD, however I received the 4 parcels they sent me which shows its Davpack that have been negligent. Will not be using this supplier again until I have been compensated, until then I will try out the competition.

COMPLETE GARBAGE! How this company stays in business is a 21st century miracle!
Not only are they expensive but they’re counter service is appalling. Unhelpful staff, no cash and collection service. Each time I call in I can hear staff apologising to customers on the phones! Will never use again.
Go online, cheaper even with shipping added! And better quality products and service!!

In this modern age I find it hard to believe the counter staff cannot serve passing trade as "the computer says no". There's a stupid 2 hour order time, meaning passing trade cannot just pop in on the he fly. Clearly they have too much custom and can afford to turn people away. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Moving house can be a very stressful situation, but having found Davpack a cost effective solution to my problem of not having any storage boxes, I thought brilliant! I won't have to pay through the nose for my packaging needs.
Unfortunately from the moment I clicked the pay now button to the day I moved house I instantly regretted it!
I was unaware that their courier doesn't deliver to your door, when I received a phone call that my boxes had arrived I was at work, so the driver left my boxes outside my front door, (I hadn't received an email or message saying the delivery was that day) so to my surprise when I got home I found my boxes outside, I got them in and assessed what I had ordered...
The long and the short of it is that; their boxes are of sub-par quality, the extra rolls of tape I had ordered from their website did not stick to the boxes, I ended up having to use all of the boxes for half of the items I had and transport the rest without protection and ultimately was left rather unsatisfied.
If you are moving from a 2 bed property I would not suggest going for their '2 bed property package deal', the quality of the boxes is shoddy, the size of the boxes is ridiculous and their couriers don't seemingly do their job properly, also the website does not state kirb-side delivery!
So thanks Davpack, for being rather useless!

We highly recommend DavPack, they supply an enormous range of differing size boxes and deliver quickly. To those who are unhappy about Next Day delivery not arriving and then having to chase... it's not really practical for DavPack to check every single order has been delivered on time, they'd need another member of staff purely for that! When this happened to us I rang up and couldn't fault the response, not only did they ensure we got delivery the following day but we were upgraded to AM delivery and I received a prompt call back from the lady who was dealing with it. These things happen but it's how they are dealt with that show the sign of a good company and I give them a well deserved 5 stars!

Do not trust for next day deliveries.. They sell stock that they haven't got and can't ship... Then take longer to cancel and refund an order than it takes other suppliers to ship what you've purchased.
