Manpower

Most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. And I'm not even exaggerating. Amy from the Greys branch was lacking both know-how and the willingness to help. For weeks she couldn't help to solve a technical issue. Every time she had to ask her manager and that took a day at least each time she did so. Finally, she decided not to answer any of my messages and calls at all. For 5 weeks I was going nowhere with my application. I called the main number of the branch with no success. Then I called the main number of manpower. A helpdesk operator then instructed me how to solve my technical issue in 5 minutes. Five minutes... After a week nothing happened so I gave them a call and asked if the position was still vacant. They said YES. 10 minutes later I received an email. They decided not to send my application to Royal Mail with no explanation at all. LIERS WHITH NO SHAME.

Very very poor coordinating between them and The Royal Mail regarding the hours I was promised. Would not recommend. They need to be honest with their clients. The position with Royal Mail stated 40 hrs per week when in fact it was only 20. Also I was told I would have one day's training, this turned out to be two days which cost me in travel expenses. I raised this matter with the Royal Mail and was told that training is always a two day process, never one, so Manpower need to get their facts right when recruiting. If I had known I would have been misled on two accounts, I probably wouldn't have applied for this position. For this reason I decided not to proceed with the role I was offered. Very disappointed.

Do not go to manpower in grays..very dishonest people working there with a dishonest manager to back them up..lies upon lies to cover each other's lies..
