What happened?
The normal great clean was just one bloke spaying the back of one side of every car while half the front was rushed in to the auto car wash.
Usually a team spray ALL sides of the vehicle.
I now have to clean a cleaned car.
Not worth £9.
Just to note. This outfit don't respond to reviews. Proof of utter lack of care or customer service.

I’ve been really disappointed the last two times i’ve come here to get my car washed. The prices have recently increased yet the service and quality has been rubbish. While they used to give my car a quick spray wash before it went through the car wash, they no longer bother. The car wash also doesn't dry my car properly so I leave with soap and water marks. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time I received poor service but after the second time i’ll be getting it washed elsewhere.

I don't even believe what happened - and I was there.. The attendant used a Stanley knife blade to remove stubborn bird mess and in doing so scratched the aluminium trim on the car! I heard a scratching sound, looked in the rear view mirror and saw the guy scraping away with a blade... unbelievable, truly mind blowingly dumb.

One of the only car washes open in the area today (Fri 19th Feb) and not much of a queue. Had the No. 5 wash & wax and overall quite a good finish except for alloy wheels. Contactless card payment was an excellent idea and member of staff was polite.

It's open ????????.
Car wasn't 100% clean but it might have been a wash twice job. My car was shiny but there were areas the wash missed, like alloys, edges of doors (on the outside) and there was still evidence of salt grit on the surface.

It's a great car wash .covid stuff in place ..did not have to wait too long ..no valeting at the moment..but car was nice and clean on the outside..and guess what that's what I wanted yippee..till the next time will use again ..

Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Paid £10 on the recommendation of the person in charge and ended up with a car not even half washed. The wheels were just as dirty as before, there were streaks and unwashed patches of dirt all over the car.
Never again am I visiting this absolute rip off merchant.
You have been warned.

Asked for was that should have included a pre wash and wheel cleaning. The person working there seemed to just be in a rush and hurry through the queue and no matter what service you ask for he would just send you through the car wash with no pre wash

The propriators have just left my wife in tears as she took our new Nissan Leaf to the car wash (for some reason not listed above). They guided the car into the wash but it started to scratch the right hand side as they didn't do this correctly. She back the car back out and demanded compensation or at least a refund. They refused either (in an aggressive manner) and just said put it through again. She of course refused and left in tears as we have only just bought the car and it now has numerous scratches. I have used them in the past with no problems but they seemed to have gone really downhill - avoid!

No PPE worn by any member of staff! No face masks or gloves. I paid £28 for the top car wash and mini valet. No instructions were given in regards to having to drive out the car wash, round the round about, through the petrol station and back to the car wash queue to receive the mini valet. Zero customer service from any member of staff apart from to tell you the price. To top it off the car wash was average and the mini valet was pretty terrible. Very expensive for the service I received. Will never use again.

Is your car dirty? Can you no longer see your reflection in your wing mirrors? Can you draw words in the dirt on your doors? If you car just general not clean? If you answered yes to any of those questions then you probably need to wash it. It's 2020 though so why waste your Saturday afternoon in the freezing cold getting drenched when you can get a machine to do it for you. Just leave your car in neutral with your hand brake off and it'll do everything for you. You don't even need to drive it, it drives the car for you. This is the future. If you've seen Breaking Bad, it's a bit like that but it's automated instead of loads of people. Breaking Bad is about 5 years old now but it's still a great TV show

Reliable place with friendly staff. Not even the top wash gets alloys and chrome looking as clean and bright and you'd like, but it's still always a great wash for the price, and very fast! I always take the time to travel from Barnet - I wish there was an IMO closer!

Always wash my car here but yesterday it was new faces, poor quality wash, the wheels were still dirty despite paying for attended wash. The car after parking for 2 months did not look washed rather like it was rained on. I didn't go back as I had just picked the kids from school and they were hungry. It's worth coming out to have a look once the wash is finished.
Very disappointed will rethink going to Tesco's, pay extra for a proper handwash

I went just when lockdown started. Normally prefer hand wash but they're closed. I knew they jet wash alloys here before main wash. They had one guy, who to help social distancing said to close window, then held card machine against glass so can tap card payment through window! Chose the top Ultra HD option, hoping the extra coating will prevent dirt/dust sticking. A month on, the car is still looks relatively clean, despite driving it everyday (before someone asks why driving during lockdown - voluntary work delivering medicine).

Broken again been sitting inside the wash for passed 20 min waiting 4 it 2 be repaired not very nice smell either.
Got email back saying this is normal as they wash thousands of cars and things break from time to time.
Also nobody else reported a smell but yet clearly Google reviews say otherwise.

I used this car wash last week and they sprayed the alloy wheel foam all over my car prior to entering the car wash. This has damaged my paint and caused it to fade as the chemicals are very harsh and meant for alloy wheels only. Dont use this place unless you tell them clearly not to use the foam on your car. I doubt the staff even know what they're doing or what chemicals they're using.

I have been to your London Colney branch today, and despite being assured my roof sign (I'm a driving instructor) would be perfectly safe in the wash it was taken off by the blowers and broken. And guess what they refused to accept liability, pay for damages or even give me a refund for the Wash! This is just disgraceful customer service. I will be posting pictures later

Excellent car wash location. Car always clean after wash. Always buy a wash with a manual pre-wash. The guys clean the wheels and screen before progressing into machine wash.

Reading the bad reviews I’m a bit surprised. I’m coming to this car wash for years now and i can’t complain. Quick wash in and out . Car always looks like new . Obviously you need to spend a bit on cleaning if you want a nice , shiny car without white patches as every program does what you pay for .
I’ve tried all the programs and I can say ultra HD is worth the money.
Regarding to staff ..well , they are always helpful and friendly ,but let’s be honest everyone has good days and bad days ...some people can handle it better then others ...maybe I’m just lucky to come on the day when everyone is in good mood ????
So overall is a good car wash and I can just recommend. Thank you guys , and keep it up the good job ????

Does what it says on the tin. Drive through car wash. Fast and easy. Not the most detailed clean but probably the best short of a hand wash. The valet seems like a non-option but the drive through is usually pretty reliable for a fast and cheap clean of the exterior.

Been going here weekly for 3 years, Staff are always friendly. Quick car wash. Not as detailed as a full hand wash, but then it never could be. Ultra HD wash works a treat on the white paintwork!

I have to say I'm rather disappointed. My car isn't really very much cleaner than when it went in. The wheel cleaning brush barely touched the wheel. This is really surprising considering the car was hand power washed before we went through the car wash. Also, I paid £9.50 - I get a better job for £7 down my local shell car wash. Shame.
