Avoid this company, i had a disabled wetroom done for my son. I was told it would take 2 weeks and it took over 3 weeks, the main issue was the company likes to cut corners and use cheap materials. 1. Instead of ordering the correct size safey flooring they ordered alot less and told the fitter to piece it up with weld joins. There was'nt even enough ordered 3m x 3m room and 4.5m x 2m was ordered. After the fitter argued with the company they ordered 1 metre more after it was fitted with joins all over it the colour was off on the extra piece. So after me having to call up again the fitter was told to rip it all up. 2. The fitter was told not to remove the old loose tiles on the floor, just self level over it all. I am paying over 4k for this 3. I had storage cupboards the new ones ordered was to big. That delayed the job, when they arrived they was kitchen sink units, 2 draws instead of 4, 2 handles instead of 8. 4. The electrician if you call him that left a pull cord in the zone shower tray area. Very dangerous, i had to make a number of calls to the council to sort this out as they refused to sort it. 5. They install very cheap cladding , it's that thin if it gets knocked with anything it breaks. I have holes in my cladding and it looks a mess, the only way to sort it out is to have it all replaced. 6. I had to have my son put into rest bite for 2 weeks then another week because of the wasted time, i cannot fault the fitter as he was trying his hardest to be fobbed off by his company.
