Not my local pharmacy but I had to ask a question regarding medication and these were open.
Lovely lady who put me through to the pharmacist who was just as nice, even after I explained that I don't use them she still looked up my meds to give me the advice I needed.

Honestly
I saw the pharmacist at Boots in Sileby as I had a very painful area near one ear & blisters on my chin, she didn’t look at either & I was advised to carry on taking paracetamol for the pain. After visiting the Walk in on Monday I was diagnosed with a severe case of shingles. I am told I had the classic symptoms & I am disappointed that this wasn’t picked up on

The only good thing about this Boots is the location in my village. Everything else is quite disappointing. They don’t fill prescriptions until you come to pick them up and half the time they don’t have it in stock despite having had the prescription for a week. The employees are lovely but the service is appalling. They really need to do more to get people their prescriptions on time.

I've had great service in here, Vipul was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me ordering my prescription and phoning me to tell me it was ready, I havent recieved this kind of good service in any of the bigger boots in Leicester. Could not reccomend the service and manner of the staff in here enough.
