Great place to get bird food. They give a portion of their profits to Yorkshire Wildlife Trusts. They grow loads of seeds themselves and do all they can to enrich wildlife habit6on the farm. Oh! And they deliver really fast ????

Was on Sunflower ???? field tour with bbq in the end. Had a wonderful owner as a guide who had loads of knowledge about birds and farming. Had delicious bbq in the end with a nice gift too! Totally recommend!

A bit pricey, so was contemplating giving 4 stars, but overall it is worth it when they have in-season stock available. I do appreciate marks of country of origin, this helps me to make informed choices about my purchases.
They have a suply of frozen pastries that my family and friends adore, even though I love baking, I like a fact that I can have an oven fresh croissant for breakfast without making a batch.
From signs I am lead to believe that they sell their own chicken eggs. I do buy their double-yolk eggs all the time.
Over all nice little shop with quality food.

I've used VHFBF for years for bird seed supplies. I can honestly say they're one of the best companies I've ever dealt with online. Excellent products, good prices, fast delivery, always in top condition. I once made a mistake and double ordered and the office staff were so helpful and set it right immediately, no problem. And I very much like that by using them, in my small way I'm supporting both British farmers and British wildlife. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been buying from Vine House Farm for many years. Everything they do is 1st class! They have donated over £1.3 MILLION to local Wildlife Trusts in 10 years - that is their profits donated - think about that for a moment.
All their deliveries have arrived at my home in perfect condition, the goods are superb and my garden is alive with wildlife and filled with birdsong every morning.
I meet their team at their regular Birdfair stand every year, always friendly and enthusiastic for what they do.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Simply Wonderful!

Have only started going there this year because we are not going into supermarkets, it will definitely be somewhere we continue to even after the "Coved-19". Ideal for local produce, eggs some wonderful pies as well as other things, a little more expensive but worth it.

Although I've never visited, I have been a customer for the excellent bird food they produce for a couple of years. Their customer service is excellent as well. I recently had an order mislaid by the delivery firm and when I contacted the farm, Jackie from the help line got straight onto the case and the order was located and delivered the next day.

In twelve months I spent over 600 pounds with this company on bird food etc. My experience over the period deteriorated with each order. The quality of the product diminished. The response to raising concerns was "I am sorry I don not know what I can do about that except offer you a ten percent discount on your next order. When I tried to escalate the complaint, the Marketing Manager informed me that they do not get many complaints and that my complaint could not be escalated any further, though the person was not the owner. This sounds like a business to me that is not wanting to have my orders and so I will initiate a process of finding alternative suppliers.

The tour of the farm was run very smoothly. The "granddad" Nick is very passionate about the farm and nature. The "grandson" Tim is equally eager and willing to share knowledge about the wildlife. The BBQ lunch may have been basic, but it was delicious and good to know locally sourced.

I always get my bird seed from this brilliant place. They do a wonderful conservation job at this farm and the bird seed is great quality and worth the money. The shop also offers some great local produce, very sweet beetroot, local grown potatoes, and in summer the best strawberries you will ever buy. A true family run business and a local gem of a place.

I have been purchasing my Sparrow food (thats about all get despite all the trees I have round me) from the farm shop at Vine House Farm for years now, however this year is the first time that I have visited for my own recreation. I booked my partner and I in for a farm tour and BBQ. We had a great day arriving at 10 and not leaving until nearly three, tea and cake to start, a brief walk, then out across the farm by tractor. Eventually returning to the main shed for burgers sausages and baps. Mr Watts knows his stuff and does not portray himself as some kind of bird saviour, he is a farmer who has diversified into wildlife, It is so obvious just how he enjoys what he does. On leaving everyone received a sample of bird food as well....it was the best day out we could have had and the best money spent.

Excellent service with next day delivery. Certainly a much better price than other mail order providers and the birds love the premium mix and super suet balls and a donation to my local Wildlife Trust (Nottinghamshire).
I live fairly close so have joined a couple of farm tours and really enjoyed hearing about and seeing the great stuff Nicholas has done for wildlife - and the sunflowers are a sight to be seen when they are in bloom during August.
