Excellent all the way..friendly cheerful staff. Fast shipping and if you want it now..bank transfer is the way to go..Michigan to Oklahoma was like 3 days...great seeds with no issues on germination.i find the cry babies whining about customer service and no seed germination should learn to grow tomatoes before cannabis..is an art and science. Can't say enough about seed cellar except keep more in stock lol.thanks again, will keep my business with you.AAA+ seeds sprouted in 34 hours ..100%indica and 100% sativa.both photoperiod.

They didn’t have what I initially ordered and paid for. Website doesn’t accurately reflect real time inventory. However, they were very helpful and patient in allowing me to put together a new order. Order received on time and received a freebie pack as well.

Do not go to seed cellar. I spent over $400 on 35 seeds to have only 4 pop up. My friend had 5 out of 22 pop up. I asked for some type of refund and they said they would give me 10% off my next order. If you want legit seeds i suggest tarantula genetics, so far all of the seeds from tarantula genetics that germinated have sprouted unlike the seed cellar seeds.

I ordered seeds from the Seed Cellar on March 3rd of 2020 with the paypal option selected. I was informed that "paypal is down" and I would need to submit a money order or wire transfer to complete my purchase. So I did a little investigating, talked to their bank, looked at reviews, etc. pretty standard vetting stuff. Then I picked up the phone to inquire about my order, make sure information for the wire (an additional $10 fee that I would incur) was correct before sending such a large some of money. I was assured everything looked good, processed the payment and waited. and waited. and waited. Then I sent a series of emails inquiring on the status of my order with no response from the Seed Cellar. I finally logged in to my bank, to verify the transaction indeed go through. No issues and indication the funds were received. So I go to the next logical place for information, my orders page in their website. and low and behold, I see my order has been CANCELLED. I'm led to believe this business isn't quite yet ready for primetime. A lot of holes in their ability to process payments, at all, let alone on-time. Hopefully some day they will grow into a big dank seed co with products they can deliver but for now, buyer beware.

Ordered sherbert punch under understanding it was 2 scoops xx purple punch paid the 105 dollars only to find out that it was sunset sherbert x girl scout cookies called to let them.know they said pretty much nothing they can do couldint figure out were to attach picture I emailed elev8 personally and they fixed the problem right away within a day they resent the packageing will be buying g more strains especially of they do good business and make things right it was a mistake thru the label company

While their payment options are extremely limited, good customer service almost always overcomes those types of shortcomings, which is why the Seed Cellar will continue to be a staple of mine moving forward. I’ve spoken with them on the phone twice, and once via email, speaking each time with a different team member, and each occasion exceeding my expectations in regards to their friendliness and customer-centric approach. And not only do I highly recommend the Seed Cellar, the fact that I’m able to support a local seed bank/business as opposed to one overseas is fantastic.

Good selection but the only seed bank that won't back up their seeds. Probably better to order from a better known source that will stand behind their product (google is your friend) if you're spending more than a couple hundred dollars.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!! ( I didn't and drove an hour and a half before i noticed) I can only give 2 stars, they gave me the wrong order, which i got overcharged 30 dollars, called and they said they would ship me more seeds to make up for the overcharge, they never emailed me tracking number, I waited a week and called them, and they havent done anything with my order!!! after i called they are supposedly shipping my order now, just seems like its a little unorganized, im sure they are making plenty of money. Customer Service is Important!! if you overcharge people and then promise to make it right, you gotta do it, you cant let customers fall through the cracks!! So Just Beware my fellow gardeners!! I wasn't asked to return the item, the item was correct, but I was overcharged for the item!! ( I was charged for a different item that cost more but the item I received was correct just wasn't wrote up correctly) But in the end they do have good products!! Mistakes happen everywhere, and I am happy with the out come, and I am placing another order today!! So at the end of the day, this is a good company who has good products and I am a return customer!!

Here is my feedback from seeds I ordered early this spring. First I want to say I’ve bought many seeds from you and have never had a problem before this year. Every single seed I’ve bought has popped and grown well. I know what I’m doing. However this spring less than half the seeds germinated. I bought 5 packs of seeds from different breeders from you. The non germinating seed problem was across the board. I was very frustrated since the purchase process was so slow and such a hassle that I didn’t have time to buy more plus I wasn’t sure if I wanted to throw more money away on bad seeds. I strongly suspect the seeds were old, or not stored properly. I can think of no other explanation. How can I trust your business to buy seeds from in the future? I don’t have 100’s of dollars to throw away. Please tell me you had a short term problem.
