Always a great place for getting little bits and pieces you might need. We managed to get the new car spray paint, watercolour pencils, a ligh fixture, mirror, frying pan, garden flamingo, camping stove and a specific doll we were looking for all at once! It was great! I knew they were the best place to go in hopes of some of these things, so was glad to get them all!

Good location with plenty free parking.
You can find everything in store - items for kitchen, bathroom, lounge, garden, kids to play with, pets, cars, DIY & even snacks.
Price is decent, quality is good too, some cheaper / better than others, overall good.
Staff is polite. Wear masks, use hand sanitizer & wipe down after each customer.

The range is great for home decoration, diy craft and pet food/toys, and garden.
It's not all tack and or cheaply made, the majority of stock is surprisingly really good quality.
Stocks branded paint (garden and craft) and all sorts of other DIY brand for cheaper than b+q and wickes!
I love the boho stock and how much of a selection of artificial flowers and such they have for flower arranging and amazing decoration for weddings and parties. Great at Xmas for lights. (Pictured along with faux ivy on cupboard)

Easy parking and I was surprised with how much they had in stock with loads of variety and great prices but remember you get what you pay for. It was reasonable busy when I visited but not to bad. The staff seemed a bit un trained and not very caring for the customers.

Never been to this store before and it was an eclectic mix of all sorts.
It has many different sections for instance home decor with clock section, mirrors, cushion Isle! Also I wish I'd come before as it has an art section which would have been useful for my children when they were younger.
All reasonable prices too, so all in all a good store. Thank you

Wide range of stock, especially arts and crafts. Not expensive, but not a cheap "everything a pound" shop either. Restrictions on the number of people allowed in so not crowded.

No social distancing, far too many let into the shop today and a member of staff was soo rude it was unbelievable! One way system in the shop and he forced a disabled lady to turn around and go again the flow to get to the till que! She had to walk all the way round and to the end of the shop to join the que, all he needed to do was move his trolley a foot so she could join the end of the que , when she politely asked him to allow her through(as per store one way system) he said no you'll have to go all the way round! Several customers were Disgusted and some left their goods and walked out. Better manners and management especially in regards to covid policy is needed.

Car parking available but tight. Also disabled parking available. Entrance suitable for wheel chair users. There is a second floor but not aware of any lift. Wide variety of products including homeware, stationary and pets. One criticism is lack of price tags on shelves / items

Was not very organized. I could not find a member of staff on the shop floor to ask a question about my purchase but there was five people on customer service two members of staff chatting next to the tills in the way of the exit. Only two tills open with a giant queue leading to no social distancing in that area.

First time visiting in a wheelchair which has really opened my eyes to the poor layout of the stores aisles. Most are narrow and those which are wider have poorly placed POS stands which narrow the aisles making traversing the store ridiculously difficult.
Then when you want to make your purchase there is again no room to maneuver to get to the tills as yet again the space allotted is far too narrow to fit a chair through.
Not planning a return trip after this experience

Recently returned a product which the flimsy packaging had come open store refused point blank to take back, not even offered a credit note, manager very abrupt and not willing to discuss. Will not shop there again would rather go to one if there competitors

Has a huge 'range' of products as the name suggests. From houseware, bedding, gifts, crafts, toys, DIY and pet products.
Good value and it's easy to spend lots here.
Toilets are a little run down but at least they have them.
Nice cafe upstairs in the mezzanine, bit pricey but a nice place to sit over a cuppa.
Staff were very helpful when I needed to exchange an item. Make sure you keep receipts just in case.
Overall I love The Range and find it a useful place to shop.

A frankly excellent store with a wide variety of stock, encompassing everything from interior decorations, to every day household items.
Due to the sheer size & volume of stock, you can easily find yourself popping in for one particular item & leave with a trolley full of purchases, with a sizable chunk of your day spent.

Tbh, the range is sticking with the guidelines of covid19. But it's not like regimental it allows you to decide. Most people are social distancing.
It's a great place to go for little homey bits. I go left my husband goes right then we meet in the middle. Nice and reasonable on costs also good parking.

Went to the range today, for so e curtains, but didn't have the one's I needed, but didn't matter settled for different ones which went alot better for my cabin, overall was very happy. So much items there to look and browse if your thinking of changing the cour scene around the house, 10/10 for good products

Nice helpfully staff, plenty of decent products.... I just wish the small minority of customers I encountered would wear their masks properly.... it's not just for the mouth or a decorative chin cover, it's to help save lives. Staff; for all our sakes, please enforce!

So, for my xmas present my mum ordered me a new desk for my room. When it arrived there was only the planks of wood with the instructions and no screws. We then contacted them about the screws and when they will come and they said by the 11th of Jan, it's clearly past that date and still no sign of screws, my mum has called up a million times and still no answer and got a rubbish service from them, she said that she was on the phone for ages and when it finally got through they hung up. No signs of screws whatsoever and it's ridiculous!
