AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolute faced liars. Spoke on the phone to the owners daughter, informed the repair I need would take a week, on drop off as I was leaving she clarified 1 to 2 weeks turn around. After no contact for 2 and a half weeks and never being able to get through on the phones I went down and was assured that someone would look at it that day and call me, blaming staffing issues and being closed for a week as reason for not starting the job yet. No contact Thursday went down to premises but gates were locked, Same happened again on Friday. Monday now they are finally open again I went to collect my property as I felt uncomfortable leaving it in their possession my longer and was confronted by an unapologetic owners daughter who couldn't even remember the lies they had previously told me and accused me of making it up. Never again will they have a chance of my business and I hope you all read this before entrusting then with your property. TDLR 3 weeks later I still have broken equipment but learned a valuable lesson of where not to take my business

BEEN COMING HERE FOR 5 YEARS ALL TRUST WITH THE OWNER HAS GONE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR FAULTS THAT WERE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IN THE PAST AND WERE ALMOST CHARGED £500 THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IN MAY OF THIS YEAR GOOD JOB I WAS SMART ENOUGH TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER DIRECT.

Went in for a service on my chainsaw but it was actually broke, lovely guy inside tried to fix it there and then for me but it needed new parts they didn't stock. He gave me some advice where to buy the parts from and what to look for.
