What a great ordering and delivery experience. 2 Loads of landscaping product delivered into Chellaston. Obviously not the drivers (Matt) first rodeo, a challenging drop off, delivered seamlessly. Well done Travis Perkins, great service!!!!

Ordered some timber online, got given a delivery date. On the day, no delivery. They said my payment hadn't gone through 4 days ago. It had however come out of my bank on the day of the order. I had to get the timber elsewhere and pay premium prices from a local DIY shop. It took 8 weeks to get a refund despite numerous phone calls.
