Popular place. Does a good range of options at varying prices for both external & internal cleaning. I normally have a £3.20 just to keep the dirt to a minimum & the car lookin good.

I came here to get my car washed as its basically the only place open just now. Paid £12 for what is called Ultra HD I think it was. Well the car is sparkling, except for the rear where from the top of the window to bottom of the bumper it HAS NOT been touched and is still dirty. Plus, the machine stopped twice whilst I was still in there. Won't be coming back.

I've never ever used a car wash in 30 years of driving, but due to lock down and rain every single day, I opted for the car wash.
I only went in because i saw a white soft top Bentley pull in.
My Lexus came out beautiful for an £8 wash.

The car wasn't clean properly or dried. Been to a lot of car washes and this one was by far the fastest. Had to come home and redo my windows as they weren't dry and when they did dry it left water marks

Have used this car wash for just over a year and was very satisfied as car used to come out spotless and shining even on the cheaper washes. However last few months the service has gone downhill with no signs of improving. Car is never dried properly which leaves horrible water marks. After notifying the attendant I was aggressively told to "call imo and tell them".
Even now my car needs a wash but not going as I feel like I'll just be wasting money.
And no, I dont want to email your customer service as its likely I'd just get a petty apology.

I paid for a triple shampoo wax wash and was disappointed as it was not very thorough as I still had many water marks on my car and there was no shine. There was hardly any preclean from the car wash employee who just quickly once swabbed my bak window with a brush.2nd time I have been dissatisfied with this car wash I will not be returning

Usually when you go to IMO in other areas they will hose the car and maybe brush the rims....here they don't even bother getting off the phone. I spent £10 and the car is still dirty.

Didnt clean the back of the car last Friday, noticed when I got home. Not as good as usual service. Washed it myself.
Tried there again today, as had a funeral to attend within a couple of hours. £6 triple wax wash same again, car still dirty when I got home, this time I went back & they put me through again on a basic wash. Car still dirty, & not dried also missed front nearside quarter. Was told but your car was dirty, little did he know that it was washed there only last friday & totally missed the back of the car. Went home & cleaned & polished myself.
I wont be going back there again
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH as the white van that was in front of me drove out without checking the back, which I see was still as dirty as it went in.

IMO is a joke. They dont properly wash your car. they leave certain bits and if you deny their request for a better wash they do a poor job on cleaning your car. Many branches of IMO do this. Double check what you've paid for too, they tend to say you're getting a wash 2 but you'll realise it's a basic wash once going in.

Used this car wash today. Not a professional team. Rude and abusive staff. Seems like owner is very rich showing a lot cash from his pocket means he don't want to provide a good service. Paid for a tripple wash but one side of the car came out the same way it gone in. They argue a lot when notified and asked to clean my car properly and asked money for another wash. Been a customer here for 10 years but will never go back there again. They could at least take a cloth and do a simple wipe instead they told me "GO AWAY". Gave a star because no option for 0 stars in Google.

Good priced and convenient but when I went last Friday the attendant said it would be £15 for inside and outside wash on my car as he was the only person working that day.
The hoovers aren't great even though they say they are turbo powered

I went there as its close to me and just wanted to get rid of the dirt on the car. Asked for basic wash. The attendant probably the owner. He said it needs more than basic wash otherwise it will scratch my paint work. So I paid more. But when it comes to pre wash they only wash half of it. When I asked they said they only wash half. How does that make sense as pre wash. Cons. Every visit they pressure into paying extra but provide the service they promise. Fair enough it's cheap but if you say you will provide a service customer is paying for you should keep your promise.

Very bad cleaning, after the first and second lockdown the price is high, but the quality is very low. Very disappointed from the staff and they are skills. They work only for the mone now, not to keep their regular clients.

Avoid if you don’t want water marks all over your car.
You pay for what you get basically, cheap and quick, pay £1 extra to hand dry the car because the machine dry will leave water marks all over your windows and body.. BUT the hand dry doesn’t cover drying any door and boot shuts so you end up with water marks when you drive off. It’s another £1 to do that. A hand car wash will wash inside and outside for £10/11. I can’t complain about the wash but the finishing is poor. What’s the point of washing your car if it looks unfinished.
The wash I went for was £10 just for outside with 50% discount, great wash for a rental but not your own car. All in £6 for a unfinished car wash today.

They advertise car wash from £2.50 but when you go in to use it, they refuse to let you was your car for £2.50. First excuse they gave me was my car was too dirty for £2.50 wash. Second time I went, the excuse they gave me was the £2.50 car wash sensor is out of order. What a load of bs in my opinion

Nice auto car wash. Although when I went it was closed so I only used hoover. It's 3 minutes for £1 and they have 4 of those. Nice big area for inside clean. Auto car wash is not as good as hand car wash. I recommend to use only if in a rush or want a quick wash

No happy with this car wash. It is supposed to dry your car but it always ends up with white spots all over the doors and for £6 a time expect better. I prefer the hand wash places
