A lovely little garden centre, that doesn’t have the feel of the larger (commercial) ones. It’s been great watching it grow over the years and it will soon be adding a large children’s play area, to accommodate the brilliant cafe.
I’ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite.

Nice place. Good food, beer on tap. Clean and bright. Child's play area outside with outside seating. Really nice place, nice decor and good clean loos, but can get a bit busy, however there's plenty of staff and never seems to be a long wait.

I had passed Sunnyside Garden Centre many times and today decided to call in. There wasn't much inside the centre, but that could have been due to them clearing space for Christmas decorations. Outside they had a good selection of products. As it was near lunchtime my daughter and myself decided to have lunch in the restaurant, it was lovely and because of the Covid 19 restrictions they took us to our table and then came to take our order which was brought to us. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely be returning again but get there early for lunch as it was quite busy as we left.

Good selection of Xmas products. Would definitely go back. My only grip was my partner has a problem with his bladder and I asked if they had a toilet he could use and was told they couldn't let him use them sue to COVID restrictions

Fantastic safe and quick service in the restaurant, food was lovely and great value. Every member of staff we met was friendly and extremely helpful. Got lots of plants for the garden very reasonably priced and the gifts in the shop looked lovely although we didn't buy anything.

Waited to be seated to have a cup of tea. Waited and waited. Was observed by three different members of staff who were behind the counter. Would have been happy with a 'I'll be with you in a minute.' but it didn't come. So we left.

Visited the Cafe today for the first time since Covid-19 closed it. I have to say that this is the best cafe we have been to in the light of social distancing, service and the attention to detail they have put in place. The layout is perfect the staff are attentive (but not overbearing) the atmosphere is relaxed. Well done to everyone, so pleased you're back.

A very clean and well looked after centre where the plants look really healthy and very reasonably priced. We went mainly for the restaurant where the food was served hot and quickly with generous portions. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and efficient. The dessert was plentiful and good quality. Overall a very pleasant afternoon.

My husband had the d shaped gammon I had ham egg and chips, meals were perfect, staff, all youngsters were very efficient and helpful, definitely will be return yet again very soon we have always had lovely meals here, never go away disappointed. ☺️☺️☺️

a good job of looks of the place, the owner and Daughter are very friendly.. The 2 women serving are also friendly. Little rants I do have is whoever the manager is needs telling about his man management skills telling off the worker on watering plants in front of people when they're actually well done when he could do this to the side on the quiet , however it appears he adores the sound of his own voice , as when we arrived he started on his phone really sounding his voice but ignored customers. The Restaurant is nice and very well done , some of the girls do need to smile a bit more! Only one that does is one who usually has a ponytail. The plants and rest are great just please a bit less mouth from manager and a good morning/afternoon from garden staff is nice

Amazing Garden centre with a massive choice of plants and generally reasonable prices. A nice gift section and the cafeteria is amazing, food is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Well worth a visit!

Received a friendly greeting on entering the restaurant and was shown to a table. However, nobody came to our table to take our order. We left after waiting for around 20 minutes. I can't comment on the food, obviously. We didn't look around the rest of the garden centre as we weren't in the mood after the poor service in the restaurant. Maybe it was just a glitch in their service. Bit of a shame really.
