Excellent experience: went to buy and have a sheet of OSB cut down to specific sizes. The guy doing the cutting was polite, helpful and courteous. He also cut the sheet very accurately - the guy was a dude. He also commented positively about my football team St. Pauli (having seen my cap). Top man! Forza :-)

Going very early was a good idea. Mostly trades people in there, collecting what they need and leaving. So no crowds. Staff were helpful and friendly. Prices are high for the quality. Far too noisy on the tannoy system - I don't need a disco at 7a.m.

Good and big store. Nice prices. There is a problem : you never find somebody to help you. It takes ages to find someone and at the end, 50% chanses that staff can answer your questions about the item you're interested to buy.

I'm sure everyone knows what B & Q is like, this is no different although I went looking for a new bath & bathroom sink/basin but was disappointed that there wasn't a lot there, perhaps a flip catalog with different styles in, I only found a couple of baths, mind you loads of shower cubicles. Just a touch disappointed this visit.
