A good variety of stock and they usually have what you need. Well laid out for social distancing. There's not always enough staff so the queue to pay can build up at busy times.

Very quiet in store and plenty of parking. Got what we went for. Paint for furniture. But on the way out we saw some logs for fire pits ect but no price and no one to ask. Lost a sale there.

Was not impressed with the service I received. Knowledge was non existent a s when we asked the member of staff if they could unlock the cabinet to get what we needed she took a long time to do it, in that time I went for a wander and saw this person just standing doing nothing. Was not impressed at all with the service.

Inadequate staffing resulting in 'pooling' of people around the single functioning check out.
In light of the current Pandemic conditions this is arguably a dangerous place to shop. Social distancing is impossible to achieve.

Worst experience ever! Store manager thinks that Karcher pressure washers can not be stored in your garage as it might be too cold for them. Make sure you put a blanket on! Extremely rude store manager.

We went in the afternoon on a week day so not very busy. Distancing was easy. Staff were very helpful. Hand sanitizer stations. Toilets in store were closed as expected.

In my experience the phone contact number never gets answered. Stock being shown on website and yet items I go in for haven't been available for months. One star at best.

Quick visit in today as we desperately needed plaster to finish our house renovation before we can sell it. The staff were really helpful and the store was really clean and well layed out. I'll come across again some time no doubt when I am working over in Leicester.

Good for DIY, unfortunately the company is not looking after customers at all and things here seems a bit overpriced. The head office should try to revive their shops has they have potentials but they don't know what their selling points are.
