Contacted them at short notice to hire a set of drain rods. Could not have been more helpful. Friendly and professional member of staff and had the rods collected within 20 minutes of telephoning them. Didn't even have to pay until returned the rods. And I only spent £9.20. Will certainly recommend and will return for anything else I need to hire ????????????

Loughborough Vastly overcharged me yesterday for a 47kg propane cylinder refill, £95! I found out I could have got it from a Calor dealer in Loughborough for £69, and delivered from calor for £72. We took this up with JB Tool Hire and they refused to have it back, saying they didn’t believe me when I said I hadn’t taken it out of the car. Customer service nil points!
