Good local garage with cheap prices and professional staff.

I had my full service of Passat CC...they forgot to returned the clamps of the filter and the hose attached to it...I wanted to email them the picture but there is no email and I called them they seem uninterested to sort or even find where is the clamp.

I recently had my MOT carried out but found lots of additional works were required to get it through. It was a shock and I was quite upset but they calmly explained everything I needed and why. As I use it every day I hadn't noticed just how much it had deteriorated, it now feels like a new car! Great customer service, and outstanding value. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Silverbrookes, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and passed its MOT working long past the time they should have finished! Will definitely be back.

Hadn’t tried Silverbrookes before as we were fairly new to the area. Our MOT ran out and we needed a service too. They managed to fit us in the next day. Collected the car from our home, undertook both service and MOT and dropped it back the same day. Good value, Lewis was very professional and informative. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We have just recently ( February 2020) purchased a used car from Silverbrookes ,on arrival we were greeted by sales manager Jon .He then took us to show us the well presented car, a very relaxed atmosphere, no hard pressure sales tactics, we where left alone to give the car a good look over and then given the opportunity to take it for a test drive on our own which was nice. Before purchasing we requested a few very minor adjustments to be carried out and these were done with no fuss or bother .Silverbrookes is well worth a visit if you are looking for a used car.

What an amazing place. Great service throughout, the knowledge of Lewis the engineer who worked on my car was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and you know you could trust them. I would highly recommend, that you pay them a visit.

I bought this car in November from this garage. I have only had positive experiences with the garage.

I want to start this review by saying this is by far the best experience I've ever had with any garage, if you want honest, knowledgeable and hardworking people to work on your car then look no further than Silverbrookes. A week ago I bought a 2005 Mini Cooper One 1.6L privately and within a week the clutch packed up, anyone who knows anything about Mini's will know this is far from a straightforward job, the sub frame has to be pulled out as well almost everything else inside, it's certainly not a job for the faint hearted and I was a little bit gutted that it had happened so soon after buying the car to tell you the truth. I rang around 4 or 5 local garages and received some online quote comparisons which were all pretty dissapointing, in particular Mr Clutch, who I found to be rude, disorganised, severely lacking in knowledge and above all else totally untrustworthy. I like to think if Mr Clutch was a real person I wouldn't let him within 5 feet of my kids and that's not because his hands are made out of spinning sheets of hot sharp metal. Lewis at Silverbrookes on the other hand rang me up immediately after receiving my quote and went out of his way to help me out - he knew it would be difficult to find someone willing to do the work but where as other mechanics and garages had upped their prices or plain ignored me to avoid doing the work, Lewis went out of his way to find a way to help me to get it done, and he did and I'm so thankful for that. In less than a day the clutch has been replaced by Silverbrookes for an extremely reasonable price (half what some others were quoting) and the car is a total joy to drive - it's just like new. I drove from Brighton to Southampton the same evening and it flew by. I was actually so impressed with the work that I've booked in for a full service next week to bring the Mini even further up to speed. Knowing that there is someone out there like Lewis who I can trust to look after my car has made me excited to drive again. And it's clear from the other customers who I saw dropping in their cars that I'm not the only one. This is one of the easiest 5 stars I'll ever have to give. Jake

Do a fantastic job

Fantastic service from this dealer. We had just moved back from the US and need a car quickly. We found a nice Golf from Silverbrookes and they bent over backwards to help us our. When I called up to let them know I was about to get a taxi to collect the car, they offered to come out and collect me. Which really did feel above and beyond the call of duty for such a local dealer. Would definitely go back.
