It's a lovely place and they sell so much your spoilt for choice. Christmas is the best. I'm in my late 40's but I feel like a big kid at Christmas in Trowell garden centre ????

First ever visit and it was great!! I was a little worried being a wheelchair user that I might have had a little trouble but the staff were amazing!! Firstly when I needed to buy plants for my pond and then when I needed to buy slate and cobbles. They couldn't do enough to help even went through the checkout with me then loaded my car! Thanks guys you were awesome! If you haven't been here before and you're looking for garden stuff, you really need to pay them a visit,you won't be disappointed!!

Quite pleasant to shop and browse but the covid direction signs to the till could be clearer ,and the route around the indoor area makes little sense as you are forced to walk past the seating area for the cafe .

Wow this is a great place to find everything you could possibly want for your garden. Also for finding a thoughtful gift, not something mass produced. I also went before Christmas, that was my first ever visit. I can only say wow, what a display they put on. The lights and lasers that these guys stock, is fantastic.
The centre has a comprehensive collection of pet supplies, beds, blankets, toys, grooming tools, Crates. They have an enormous inside pond, complete with viewing decks. Filled with fish of all colours and sizes. They even have a fish food dispenser, that you can purchase small cups of fish food, then feed the fish.
They also have a huge selection of aquariums and all manner of fish. To fill your tanks.
You can find something for everyone, they have a great children's section and the children's books are brilliant. If it's a card you need. They have you covered. They have some beautiful silver and semi precious stone set jewellery. They have well priced wooden furnishings for your garden and all the plants, shrubs and trees. You could want.

Not too busy and we'll spaced out do no isolating issues. Wonderful array of flowers and plant at great prices. It's a shame coffee shop is still closed that is always well worth a visit.

Great garden centre with lots of choice! Good range of houseplants although bit pricier than other garden centres I've been to. Big outdoors bit with plenty to get for your garden. Will visit again when in area ????

Really good garden centre with loads of variety of plants available. We went in for a Jasmine and came out with an entire trolley-load of plants. Really nice indoor area as well with food and crafts and kitchenware. I've heard the café is really nice but due to lockdown I wasn't able to try it out. Next time!

Great range of plants, all looking really healthy. Loved being able to take the dogs around with us. Staff were available to help but weren't overbearing. Good social distancing and safety measures in place, didn't feel overcrowded at all. Lots of home decorations and things just not to my taste, but I'm sure it would be 5* for lots of people.

Have used this garden centre for on line order. Confirmation of order was promptly received as was confirmation of despatch. Delivery was prompt and easily trackable. I did have a problem with one of the products received and contacted Trowell GC via e mail. Once again I received a prompt response by their customer service team with a resolution. Cannot fault service received.

Absolutely amazing place. We go often to buy fish and etc.
Dogs welcome, disabled friendly, toilet facilities, cafe, helpful staff and great selection of items.
The fish selection is great and I loved meeting Nugget the cat that lives there.
Highly recommended.

Great garden centre with plenty of variety and things for the garden. Smashing cafe with good menu. Good display of Christmas stuf on show at the moment. Plenty of parking and room to get about. Would highly recommend.

Visited yesterday..17th September 2020. Just started putting out Christmas stuff so purchased a couple of things. Went for lunch and was very impressed with the way everything was put into place to keep everyone safe. Social distancing, Staff only handling cutlery and condiments. Lunch beautiful, and all tables and chairs sprayed clean after use. Great experience as was my first meal 'out' since March. Will definitely be back.xx

Garden centre busy with parts cut off to put new stock out and keep a one way system. But understandable. Organised the café very well and although v busy all staff working hard to get tables cleaned ,the queue moving and the food out. Fish and chips v good! Well Done in these difficult times, we felt safe and enjoyed our visit. A little too busy for 5 stars ,but maybe next time!

Very nice place. Didn't do the garden bit, I live in a flat. Great fish section though. Didn't purchase anything as I'm waiting for my new sofas to arrive before seeing where my tank will go. (That does make sense to me). But I'll be back when I'm set and ready for my fish.
