There are two Google Maps locations linking to the same website, quite misleading as to where they are based. Waterloo Road or Fleet Street? The former doesn't seem to exist, and lead to wasted time on my part. This is not what Google maps customers are looking for. We did ask them about this but I they seemed quite uninterested and I see the problems remains. I went elsewhere for what I needed.

I initially picked Docsbase because of their really good price compared to their competitors, who, after receiving a quote, would of charged me more than 4 times the price.
However, Docsbase were very quick to send me, only the day after I had sent off and payed for their services, a draft version of my translated document which I proofread. They then made any reasonable changes that I asked for, which were then thoroughly checked by proofreaders and the translator.
Additionally I asked them to send me a scanned copy of the finalized hard copy version which arrived shortly after my request (still the day after I sent off and payed for the translation). As well as this, they responded in minutes to my emails I sent them.
i would highly recommend using Docsbase for any translations you may need!

I contacted Docsbase by email and they replied within the same day with a very reasonable quote offering to deliver the certified translation the next day by 12pm.
So they did. For the price I paid, quality was great and service was very fast.
Also they made me review the document to make sure it was all ok before certifying and shipping it. I would totally recommend them.

Dealing with Translation Services was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. At each stage of the process Katia and Oana kept me fully informed about progress and gave me ample time to proof-read the final documents before they were issued in printed form.
