I am a new user to the Lighthouse software and phoned up hoping to get some help, but possibly being bounced around the switchboard as is usually the norm in most companies.
I was delighted to be helped directly by the operator on the phone. She was HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE and EXTREMELY PATIENT AND POLITE with me as a new user and helped me to complete the task I was struggling with. My 1st experience of Lighthouse has been EXCEPTIONALLY POSITIVE and would recommend the product purely on the HIGH STANDARD of CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced during this call. The Lighthouse (UK) Ltd printer/label maker is a great piece of kit for either one-off or large batch labels.
The choices in foils and ribbons allows a good range of different label styles to be made and it is also possible to make large labels by making individual strips that overlap.
The label design software is a little bit clunky by modern standards but does mean it will run on the most basic of computers.
Lighthouse are incredibly supportive and all through the pandemic have provided a large range of useful signs for social distancing and health etc messages.

Excellent company. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and quick deliveries. Highly recommended. We are heavy CPM100H users. We manufacture ATEX & IECEx approved sensors and use Lighthouse as the main labelling medium, it has been independently tested and approved for longevity.

We are a large packaging manufacturing company and use two Lighthouse supplied label printing and cutting machines (Printers) for bespoke signage. The large library of stock designs, plus the ability to design your own, makes these devices very useful for us.
The technical team at Lighthouse have helped us with more complex designs and given great advice on the best materials to use.

I purchased a printer from Lighthouse approx. 2 years ago. Since this time, we have had various updates for the label stock and managed to print all safety labels for multiple sites across our business. Any issues I have experienced, Lighthouse has assisted and resolved fully. During the time I have had the printer, I have used frequently and have had no issues with the printer itself. They provide full training and full support, as required. I would highly recommend for the Health & Safety needs of your business. By moving our signage in house, we have saved a lot too, which is always a bonus!

I have been using the CPM-200 printer now for 4 years and cannot fault it.
Gets used everyday nearly printing signs, labels, numbers & all sorts.
Never had a problem with the machine and getting consumables takes no time.
My only criticism would be i wish the vinyl rolls were longer.
Apart from that can't fault it.
Saved a fortune in signage that would have to be purchased from another supplier.
This machine has paid for itself 5 times over.
If this machine does break one day i will be straight on to order replacement.

The organisation I work for purchased a printer from Lighthouse a few months ago. Since then I've been trained by one of their staff how to use the printer and the software and have always been so helpful when I get stuck or have any issues. The people I have emailed have always been so friendly, polite and professional. They do their best to help every customer in any way and make sure your issue is resolved.

Really professional company. Their service does not end when you buy their amazing quality printer, but they keep sending you free new templates all the time, especially useful during this Covid pandemic. Staff are really friendly and accommodating and will do anything to make your experience smooth. Charlotte really took the time to go through everything thoroughly but even then the training session just flew by! Their actual printers are great too, really professional, no issues at all and simple to use. I've used mine for so many sign-making projects on site. Thank you Lighthouse :)

Being a manufacturing company, and with the high grade that we required with withstand the requirements placed upon by Network Rail to survive the outside rigors of the railway environment. We were demo'd a unit and we were able to test the grade by checking with rubbing petrol against a printed label, we were happy with the results. We purchased a CPM-100H G3. The unit has been reliable and allows us to print custom sized labels with precise cutting, allowing for odd shaped or small labels (in fact we produced some round, 8mm x 8mm labels which printed perfectly and cut out exactly). We find now and then the cutter gets covered with the adhesive, but a quick clean and we're back in business. Ordering material is a doddle, usually we place the order and the material arrives next day so we've never had an issue with running out of stock. We now rely on this printer more than we first envisaged and it's now a vital tool for our labelling requirements. I would recommend Lighthouse, their products and services, everyone is keen to assist any time I need support or a little advice.

Purchased a cpm -100 back in 2019 after a demo and turning the printer on it had paid for itself within the first 30 mins !!
As we got on well with both the 100 and the custom design feature we purchased the cpm - 200 in 2020 just before the lock-down. Both printers haven't really stopped printing stickers ,asset tags and covid related labels ... i think we're well into the thousand's now for stickers printed, just for covid. The design team have been an amazing helping with producing a covid related file , which you can select and edit to suit your needs. cutting costs and saving time.
