The best decision I ever made was to give this garden project to Francisrose Landscapes. Firstly, I had a meeting with Danny for quote and I should tell this for sure that Danny is very straightforward and only tells what is possible and what's not. Did never make false promises just to acquire a project.. Very transparent and that quality only made me think that Franscis Rose could be the one for my garden. I should also mention that initially Danny's quote was bit higher than few others but why not look at his projects the quality speaks for itself. However, when I mentioned this to Danny, without a second thought he price matched with my cheapest quote but promised that quality won't be compromised at all. I was like 'Okay, are you sure about that??' It was true indeed, please see the pictures to speak for itself about the finishing quality.
Look also the before picture, the garden was slope and it has been levelled to make 2 levels. It does look easy but actually took a lot of work and effort from them.
Now let me tell you something that will excite every one of those who wants their garden to be done. Freebies!!!
I was only quoted for patio, stones and sleepers.. That's it.
1. Free new fencing.
2. Free gravels in all the corners behind sleeper timbers.
3. Free Shed base also with sandstones same as patio area.
4. Free upgrade of stones in the top level.
5. Free building the shed.
6. Free wood stain application on the sleeper woods.
7. Free decorative stones in the bottom level.
I couldn't believe what he has offered to me till now ???? I might have missed a few more really.
I can't thank you enough for this Danny. All the best for your business.
I highly recommend this company for garden Landscaping without a doubt.

Danny the owner has come and quoted me on several occasions unfortunately due to personal circumstances I have not had him round to do our garden yet. I have always found him polite and pleasant and has always got back to me to discuss ideas that I have. He has looked into the best and cost efficient way to get the work done and I would highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a professional top quality job.

Francis Rose has been proved to be an excellent builders . I was initially bit worried about my garden having no previous interaction with Francis Rose but Denny the managing director of the Francis Rose reassured me and I left the things at their professional way to deal with like I would do surgery in my professional way which Danny advised me .
They turned our to be great builders and reconstructed my 10 years old garden in a magnificent way to look superb .
These guys are highly professionals and know their work very well . They are reliable and trustworthy .
I have no hesitation to recommend them for he garden and landscaping .

The quality of workmanship and design were both excellent, niggling problems were dealt with efficiently and the guys were courteous and respectful on site. However, I had a very strict budget to work to which was clearly communicated, and the original quote came in bang on this figure...but unfortunately the total amount paid ended up being about 20% over this for numerous reasons. The additional funding I have had to find has left me in a little difficulty, so has soured the experience somewhat. But, the outdoor area now does look and feel stunning....so I’ll get over it.

Unreliable & poor communication. After having accepted their quote, I sent an email - as requested - with several photos of my property, detailing the work that needed to be done. In it, I asked if the job could be done before March 25 (my preferred option) OR before Easter (April 21). This email never received a reply. This was after I had already declined the quotes from other companies. I’ve only ever left one star reviews twice, and that’s to companies that have left me hanging without any explanation after agreeing on something. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to waste time.

Poor customer service. I originally got a quote for my patio from Francis Rose quite quickly (which is where the customer service ended) but when it came to going ahead with the job contacting them was near impossible. Two e-mails and voice mails as no one answered the phone; almost two weeks later and I am still waiting for a response. The least I should expect as a customer is an answer one way or another surely. The whole industry seems to be of the same mind set. If you are too busy or don't want the work at least let the customer know.

Cannot comment on the quality of work but left very dissapointed that no quote was ever sent. I did chase up, just the once, but was told quotes were only sent at weekends ( the weekend had already been and gone). I could tell by the tone of the voice on the phone that there was no intention to send any quotes. It's such as a shame as I was very keen to go ahead. During the initial visit, the owner was very pleasant and had not given any reason to not proceed.
Hi, thank you for the response. I did make contact 5 days later. After the conversation I didn't feel comfortable to chase again... as described above... I have now received a quotation (after leaving the review) but surprised it does not include fitting sleepers as a retaining wall, which was the purpose of the quote, replacing fence panels at the bottom was an add on.
My review is an honest review and is by no means meant to damage your business. It looks like the work you do is lovely and It is a shame things seem to have gone wrong. I wish you all the best. Sarah

I had a significant subsidence/garden slippage problem in my garden that required a 109ft retaining wall (4 ft high) and significant relevelling. I had many quotes and other companies assess the work, but tbh most of them said the work was too difficult. However Danny and the team knew exactly what to do, the quality of work was impeccable and they were a great team who delivered quickly. There is a reason they are busy, it's because they are good. Take my advice book Francis Rose for your garden. Work is impeccable.

Terrible customer service. Unhappy when we asked for a cracked slab to be replaced. Several loose paving slabs laid and signs of depression on patio where material was not compacted. On paper his work looks good but one to avoid unless your looking for a stressful experience. He will also ignore your emails once he has your money.
In reponse to your reply - This is my point - the majority of what you have written is inaccurate and I dont know where you get these stories from. There was never any CCJ issued, we paid you within months of completion of the job so not sure why you would be chasing us 1 year down the line. My wife ended up having to talk to your wife instead as she found you impossible to deal with. We did not ignore any of your calls or emails when you contacted us. It speaks volumes that I would rather pay for another company to come around and fix the work than have to deal with you again for free! Even though we did contact you regarding the issues which was ignored. I'm sure there are many customers who have had an excellent experience dealing with you but unfortunately my wife and I did not.
