Bo Cook Landscape & Garden Design

Bo has created a stunning front garden for us! She has provided a focal point for our house and indeed our road as well as meeting the brief to make it wildlife friendly - bees, birds and pond life already enjoying the new resources! We are looking forward to the clever planting scheme maturing and bringing us years of pleasure and improving the biodiversity along the way.

Bo worked with myself and our landscape gardeners in 2017 to create an outstanding pool area incorporating a bbq and dining area and surrounding beds to blend with the rest of the garden and compliment the house. There was an existing pool which was covered with an ugly, near derelict building; the pool itself was in good order but it took Bo’s vision and creative eye to see beyond what was an absolute eyesore to design what is now an area that gives us so much pleasure and is maturing beautifully. Bo was a delight to work with, listening carefully to our brief to guide and develop our ideas with her expert knowledge; she produced wonderful 3D drawings to help us envisage the designs and produced a lighting plan too. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Bo.

Bo has worked her magic on our previously cheerless red brick courtyard and turned it into a truly stunning and tranquil garden. Her attention to detail is flawless; her communication throughout the project alongside her creativity and plant know how, left us in no doubt that the end result would be perfect. Every room and window that looks into the garden highlights a different aspect, and none of this happened by chance! It really has become the central point and heart to our home. Brilliant local designer who turned our large but drab garden into a thing of beauty, carefully matching the style of the mid-century house with play areas for the kids, raised vegetable beds, stylish patio, paths, plus loads of beds and borders with foliage and colour throughout the year. Great reuse of some materials we had and subtle incorporation of existing plants. Highly recommended.

Bo Cook is a talented, professional and experienced Garden Designer and we highly recommend working with her.
