Kate and her team designed the back third of our rear garden to include a raised bed around two sides of a paved circular seating area. They also erected a shed which is fully kitted out inside with shelves and other storage systems to suit our particular needs. The raised bed is imaginatively planted to give all your round interest. The quality of the circular cobbled area is superb - a real work of art.
Kate and her team listened to what we wanted and helped us improve our vision with their suggestions. The very professional work they have done has transformed our garden and is a daily pleasure.

I have had a wonderful garden designed and planted by Kate Eyre. The work was completed to a fantastic standard and on time. The garden just keeps on giving and I just absolutely love it. The team are so hardworking very easy to work with and the follow up has been superb. Any issues that have arisen 6 months on have been dealt with immediately.

We loved Kate Eyre from the first time we met her. She came up with a wonderful design for our small outdoor space which has made it feel four times as big as before! She listened to what we needed and liked and came up with ideas we would have never have thought of.
Using epspelier apple trees to create a natural wall, and different types of flooring for different ‘zones’ are examples. The planting is manageable and in keeping with our style and the raised beds and built in bench structure works so well. Neighbours have called it ‘magnificent’ and ‘exceptional’

Design of the garden was great but everything else was appalling.
Completely messed up the tiling - tiles laid unevenly, wobbly, damaged by jet washing. Cost us thousands of pounds to repair when she'd left. She then took us to court, causing us months of agony and distress and eventually she gave up the case and walked away.
Avoid at all costs.

The quality of the work and the lack of professionalism is simply astonishing. I simply cannot understand how anyone would pay a penny for the work this company produces. Kate pitches the work and then simply disappears; there is no quality control and the work is absolutely terrible. Her entire work is falling apart and half of it had to be redone at least twice. I will be posting pictures of her work online shortly. Run away! Whatever price she is proposing, double it, because you will be redoing the works within 12 months unless you take her to court (as I will).

Unfortunate experience. Poor communication throughout, disorganised and chaotic customer service resulted in labourers and a truckful of plants turning up announced, a hose being left on which caused a flood outside our home, a design plan which featured 22 plants that were ultimately never planted and a dispute over the final bill. A lovely garden but a deeply unhappy experience. Think carefully before signing up with them.
