Stopped handing over money to this car wash a while ago due to the standard of cleaning. Decided to give it a go today in the hope that it might have changed; nothing has changed. Terrible job, I’ll stick to doing it myself or using an alternative.

I’ve been going there for years, I always thought they do a good job. However I went there yesterday, and it was the worst service I could ever get. No longer worth the money. Didn’t really clean my car properly, they toke 2 minutes to clean inside left all my doors and windows without cleaning, didn’t even touch the steering wheel. And even so I asked to clean it again it wasn’t cleaned properly...Just to hoover the car, and to get a poor wash outside for £22, surely isn’t worthy. Stay away folks. Really bad customer service, and very low standard cleaning.

Wont be returning this place ever again. £25 charge for nothing. Very rude owner. They pretend to clean your car, 5-7 min all inside and out. lots of marks left. When questioned poor quality, the answer was lots of car waiting, how to deal with the demand. Don’t use this place.

Awful mini valet. Don’t waste your money. I had dirt left all over my car and areas that they didn’t even touch. This used to be good years ago but there are new staff who clearly aren’t as skilled at cleaning.

Went here before and recieved a half harted wash, I went back today to give then another change and to see if the service has Improved and I can categorically say it hasn't.
Water drips all over the car which dried and made the car loom dirty again ( I have a black car), windows were cleaned with a dirty cloth leaving them looking all misty, break dust and grim still left on the alloys, dirt left on the sills and as for the bloke operating the hoover well... if he put any less effort into it he would have ground to a halt. An incomplete job couple with them making up the prices I can say for sure I will not be returning.

I just charged £25 for 5 mins cleaning inside and out. And had to bring car back again after noticing really poor quality of cleaning lots of marks left on the car and lots of water stains remains as if it has been cleaned. They only spray water and use sone liquid. Very rude owner, not professional at all. Avoid these money scammers.

Owner terribly rude. Let two cars after me get their car cleaned first, when told to move the cones from behind me as I am leaving, he said leave I don't care and refused to move them, asked one of the workers to move them out the way. Won't be returning.

Went to get my car cleaned, they took of some of the lettering from the back of my car it used to say "etsi" now it just says "ets", called as soon as I realised and woman on the phone denied it could have been their fault. I was feeling like I'd be quite forgiving if she'd just held her hands up and apologised but her attitude was shocking. Also, normally they put a sort of glaze on your tyres so they look better, they didn't even bother. Don't go here.

Good, quick and efficient. However they do not ask you which service you want. They should ask which wash you would like and explain the differences in the different levels of car washes/waxes etc.

I always bring my car here, really great job and glad to see they are back following lock down. Working in accordance to safety measures (wearing masks & gloves etc) and now do an anti-bacterial interior valet clean. Thumbs up!

I could give -1 star if there was the option for it. Very bad experience. I should have learned the lesson from the previous visits but thought I would give it one more chance to see if they have improved. No. I was wrong. Even worse. I had to grab a cloth and wiped it myself as soon as I got home since I spotted patches of dirts inside the car and outside on the body. There were still mud above the wheels, doors were not wiped properly and even wet patches!!!!!! Also still dusty in the car. If I can wipe it easy when couldn't they? I had to pay £22 for Antibacterial spray inside out valet. Come on. It's mini valet. I expected better!!!!!
I would never visit again and recommend any of my friends to avoid the disappointment. Very bad.

First time using them, greeted very nicely... but then It got really busy and I feel as though they rushed my car half way through.
Outside get a 5/5
Inside gets a 2/5
The Ant-Bac spray wasn’t used either so I cleaned it again myself once I got home.
I would’ve said something to them but to be honest, it just gets awkward doesn’t it to then hold a huge que up that are waiting etc.
STOP RUSHING AND FOCUS ON THE QUALITY.
Nobody wants a rushed job.

Worst car wash i have ever been into! I have used it twice! 1st in january 2019 and horrible washed(i have paid 25 for mini valet but they tought i dont know what that is-also gave to the guys 2 x 6 packs drinks becouse it was before Christmas 1 week) and 2nd time just in the last weekend(23rd of nov 2019)! Guys!!! What the hell!? I pay 15.00£ for what!? I will attach some photos,but wheels unvleaned,insife is a mess,door shuts a mess...cant describe what a bad car wash is this!

Confusing signage, different price points all over the area. Asked for inside and out wash, outside seems O.K but inside was only hoovered dashboard are/ side pockets the middle consol area nothing wiped down at all was left untouched dusty and dirty. First time here and wont going back. £20 and they would not wipe surfaces is poor value.

Happy returning customer! Good price for the speed and type of wash! Carefully selected cleaning chemical products with zero damage on any of my car's surface. Other carwashes I used, used harsh chemicals and faded my wheels color and stained all black exterior plastics as if the chemicals have eatenthrough them. Bourne Hill CW is definitely a fast, reliable and damage free carwash. Its amazing how this guys pull through, especially in winter months. I find most reviews unfair, some could be malicious! ...a fast hand wash may miss a spot or two from time to time.. let's all appreciate what are this people about!

Noisy car wash that annoys local neighbours. Causes congestion and regular traffic offences. No protection for pedestrians passing by from the jet sprays.
It closed due to covid lockdown in March 2020 but has recently reopened, contravening the lockdown restrictions and risking people's lives.

Real bad, stay away.
The guys working there have no management to ensure cars are washed correctly and efficiently. It's also considerably more expensive than the 'normal' rate.
Normal rate for the area is £6 outside, £12 in and out (for a car)
They charge £8 outside for a saloon, £17.50 inside and out for a saloon.
I could stomach the price if it were any good...but it's terrible. They jet washed half the car, smeared around the dirt on the other half. Jet washed it again, wiped it down with a damp rag, said I was done and asked to be paid....no Drying, no window cleaning, no alloy cleaning, no door shuts...It's the equivalent of hosing down your car and gviving it a wipe with an old t-shirt.
When I complained, no one spoke enough English to understand and no one cared enough. They just wanted me out to get the next mug in.
I used to use them 5 years ago, they were excellent and warranted the higher than average price. I was in the area and needed a car wash...what a let down. Do not come here.

Hit and miss depending on how busy they are, sometimes they do a good job, other times they rush through. My alloy wheels are often still dirty. I also often have to ask them to dry the edges on the inside of my doors, which most other car washes seem to do as standard.
They can be a bit rude when asking you to move forward so they can squeeze another car in behind you, even though you have soap all over your windscreen and cannot see where you’re going! Safety is not their no 1 priority.
