Went in yesterday (11/6/21). Had a slow puncture due to a nail in my tyre. Just drove straight in and my tyre was repaired. Very helpful and polite staff. I have been going here for years. They always give sound advice and honest recommendations. I trust them 100%. Will never go anywhere else. Keep up the Fantastic Work

Hard to park up to get served, getting served was a 15 min wait whilst being ignored to be told that they can't take any payments, never going back here again.
Used Halfords and on the drive tyre fitting which was brilliant.

Have been using these guys for many years now. Always polite, professional and normal rushed off their feet. Yesterday afternoon I'd never seen them so busy but they still had time to fit in an emergency puncture.

Excellent service... nothing is ever to much trouble. They check your tyres tell you what is wrong and it is up to you. I used the tyre shopper website and booked my slot on-line. 2 new fronts on in 20 minutes. Oh don't forget to look for a voucher code when ordering. I saved 5%.

Visited because of a slow leak on the rear wheel of a Nissan Juke Tekna.
Under Covid-19 you have to book either on line or by phone before visiting. Signage says staff and customers must wear a face mask and the open workshop bays make them 'effectively' outdoor spaces so it feels 'safe,' certainly more so than the supermarket I'd visited earlier. Staff were friendly but professional as on previous visits and the leak, which proved to be a screw in the tread which could be repaired so the whole visit with balancing was £25.

After going to get tyres put on my project car wheels, I noticed my daily wheels also need tyres... So I asked for a quote and it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else I went to previously! Despite how ghetto the place looks, the guys are super friendly! And know their stuff!

Excellent service today (04/06/20) Dave & Rich obviously know there trade. Very safety conscious, assessed all tyres pressures, & offered sound advise. Unfortunately I had to buy 4 new tyres for my Range Rover, but fortunately the problems were identified before I suffered any potential safety problems.

Great service with friendly mechanics, a good price too. This place can get busy but the guys are quick and the wait is not too long, honest guys too. I had an issue with a newly fitted brake disc, Andy was brilliant and changed the brakes the next morning, excellent service with no hassle. Perfect customer service, I would recommend this garage! Pulled a nail out of my tyre without even asking me so I had no choice but to pay for a new tyre.
A simple “it can’t be saved, you’ll need a new tyre, what would you like to do?” Would have been fine. At least then I could have left it a week until I had the money ready.

Fantastic service when I was looking to get an exhaust fitted to my car. A lot of places refused to help me, unless the exhaust was purchased there, but Nat.Tyre were fantastic & the exhaust was fitted in 15 minutes. This reminds me of what customer service used to be like & I wholeheartedly recommend them :-)
