I joined Embody back in April 2016 on their 12 week plan felt I had achieved results like no others before. I re-joined in summer 2017, under the care and expertise of Greg Burns. Greg's knowledge, which he takes pleasure in passing on, is second to none, for both nutrition and exercise. He takes a real interest in his clients goals, with infectious enthusiasm that leaves you feeling fully supported in your goals. He is amazingly creative in devising workouts that go beyond the norm and leave you feeling educated as well as exercised. Having completed Ride100 last summer, I further completed a duathlon two months later, and this year also took part in and completed the London Marathon. More events are in the diary. I truly attribute these achievements to the support and care that I get from Greg and the rest of the team at Embody. I'm in my fifties and hope to be exercising and feeling healthy for many years to come, and Embody, and I hope Greg, will be a strategic part of my journey.

From the very beginning of my 8 week programme, I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met, including Danny, Tom, who I had my initial consultation with, Craig, who created a bespoke nutrition plan for me, and Dean, who performed a movement screening to identify any areas of weakness. I was immediately convinced that I was dealing with professionals of the highest caliber. I had the pleasure to train with Michael and Dean and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to their guidance I was able to achieve amazing results within a short time frame. But more importantly, they left me with a wealth of knowledge that has dramatically improved my understanding of weightlifting and nutrition. Everyone at Embody Fitness is happy to share their knowledge, making every training session a learning experience, while physically being pushed to the limit. It’s clear that both Michael and Dean love what they are doing. They approached every single session with enthusiasm and truly cared about my progress. Their perfectionism around the execution of each exercise was impressive and made me realise quickly how much of a dramatic impact that would have on my progress. Both of them are also very personable, which significantly contributed to the enjoyment of each session. Undertaking the 8 Week Rapid Fat Loss programme has given me fantastic results in a short period of time. Not only was I able to lose a significant amount of bodyfat, but I also gained a significant amount of muscle mass dropping my bodyfat from at least 10% down to 6%. Whilst I have trained for 14 years on my own, this is the first time I have used a PT and let me tell you, they will put you through your paces! After every session I had well and truly used up all of my energy. The sessions were tough because I wanted the PTs to push me to my limits. I have never trained as hard as with Embody Fitness and the amazing physique transformation is exactly what I wanted. The guys are also very knowledgable about nutrition and are truly experts. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend! Thanks Embody!

I loved every session at Embody and I couldn't recommend it more. Dean was an absolute star of a trainer, he helped me achieve my goals while always being super accommodating to my crazy schedule, being incredibly supportive and making every session tons of fun (while making me proper sweat!). He catered every workout to my needs, with incredible knowledge and experience, always pushing me a step further. I am so thankful I decided to embark on my 12 weeks journey and that I got the best guidance throughout the whole time. Not only I saw drastic changes in my body, but saw myself becoming more confident, much much stronger and overall happier. 10/10

Bridie has been an incrediable trainer and motivator. She has understood what I am able to do and push me further and further. She always has a smile on her face and my sessions, whilst sweat inducing and challenging, are always enjoyable and full of laughs. Her understanding of the human body is amazing so when I am not sure of a move she has a brilliant way of explaining it so that I don't injure myself and I am doing the moves to the best of my ability. She also has great ideas around food which has been a challenge for me - healthy and protein based. The team at Embody are wonderful, inviting and make you feel at home. I have never felt like people are judging my the size or shape of my body and have always been so motivating. The atmosphere in the gym is always great and the music always good :)

The whole set-up at Embody is brilliant, from the trainers to the facilities. Bridie trains me and I honestly can't rate her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and (somehow!) manages to make every session enjoyable. As opposed to many other PTs, I feel as though Bridie (and all the team at Embody) are fully invested in their clients, genuinely care and want to see clients achieve their goals. I initially went to Embody for an 8 week period and was amazed by the results. I will be returning soon and can't wait to make more progress!

I had the pleasure of training with the very lovely Vicky Nagy. Amazing personal trainer and I achieved more great results. The overall experience at Embody is fantastic and the broader team are make you feel very welcome. I highly recommend this gym.

I joined Embody to lose weight and tone up and ended up learning more about myself and the limits I put on myself than I ever expected to. Danny and Bridie were simply phenomenal, tailoring and tweaking my diet as we went, offering expert advice and even overhauling my workouts entirely after I aggravated an old knee injury. If you are at all serious about getting in the best shape of your life, the only place I would recommend is Embody. 5 stars doesn't cut it!

Victoria Nagy is an exceptional trainer and has made the whole experience enjoyable (albeit kept the pressure on at all times). I started my experience with Embody Fitness London after seeing the results from a friend while on holiday the transformation he made in 12 weeks was amazing and thought I need to give it a go, I’ve now been training with Bridie Forster for 3 weeks now and have shown 15.7% reduction in body fat and gained lean muscle mass, these guys train hard and if your willing to put the work in you will see results, FACT!!! The team have been great and have all played a role in helping me reach my goals so far, I will be extending the program from 8 weeks to 12 weeks with Bridie Forster for sure. ????????????????????????

I have nothing but good things to say about Embody Fitness and my trainer, Leah Georges. I signed up for the 8 week programme and was so delighted with the results that I've continued to train with Leah on a weekly basis since that programme finished. As someone who didn't typically use gyms (or like the thought of doing so) before, Embody Fitness provided the perfect environment to train in a comfortable and safe manner. Leah is excellent at pushing her clients to get results, whilst doing so in a safe and controlled manner; and the time she takes to explain each exercise is always hugely appreciated!

Monique is great at keeping you motivated every week,and continually pushes you to the next level, whilst making sure there are no injury setbacks. I have taken the opportunity to train with Harry in light of my upcoming wedding, hoping to get in the best shape for my big day. In one word, Harry has been a TREMENDOUS trainer. First of all, he has been able to give my sessions a structure, something that I realized was missing when training on my own without the guidance of someone so experienced. His advice is clearly based on solid knowledge, which is what I needed to bring my training to the next level. But there was more. With his demanding and positive attitude, Harry has been an incredible motivator, pushing me every time to the extra rep, to look forward and always visualize my goal, rep after rep, to eventually become a better version of myself. The 12 week Transformation program at Embody Fitness has surpassed my expectations in the best way possible. I look, and more importantly feel so much better and stronger than I ever have. All the staff are lovely and whereas previously entering a gym was anxiety-inducing, now I look forward to every session. My trainer Harry is super encouraging and pushes me every session to achieve the best results. Even when a work out is tough he makes it a joy - never thought I would laugh as much as I do when exercising. 10/10 would recommend.

I've trained at Embody a few times and I keep returning because it gets me results! I'm currently training with Harry and I'm thrilled with the results. He's motivating and knows when to push me. Training one on one with a personal trainer is easy but finding a trainer that is passionate about their job and focused on getting results is hard. If you're lucky enough to train with Harry you'll not regret it. Embody is like no other gym I've been to and I've been to many over the years. Their programme works!

I love this place! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help. I'm on a 12 week program which I haven't finished yet but am already seeing amazing results, lifting more than I ever did pre injury even after months in the gym. Leah is amazing, friendly, very flexible and tough. My workouts with her somehow just fly by even though I'm working really hard. I already know I'll carry on with her after the 12 weeks. I not only feel stronger, have better posture but am more knowledgeable about my diet (also thanks to Danny's advice) and how to maintain my training! Can't wait to see final results but also keep getting stronger and fitter. Have already recommended to everyone I know, can't stop telling everyone how pleased with the results I am (even after some naughty weekends/holidays)!

This has been an once in lifetime experience and has changed my life completely. Without a doubt I can rate this as the best program which does not only do Body transformation but transforms life. And I could not have asked for any better trainer than Kristina to have started my 8 weeks of course and cut through the initial challenge to get on the path. Kristina set me on the best path to a successful healthy body. After that I have been well trained by Betta to not just become healthy but become stronger with relevant training to build muscles. I was trained by Josh(ua) Lyons and I can say it was absolutely life changing! From being quite sedentary and rather unfit I achieved great results which have lasted over 2 years. I signed up to the 3 month program, and within the program lost over 16kg of weight culminating in 11.9% body fat from well over 25%. Even better than that the ground up approach embody and Josh used meant that the progress was easy to maintain culminating in entering the British Indoor Rowing Championship in Dec 2018 (!) At the age of 32 can confidently say that I am fitter, and healthier than I have ever been. Well worth the investment!

In a word, transformational. Embody really do know what they doing, this is not just personal training, it's so much more. I highly recommend you visit and find out first hand what they are about. My personal trainer Greg Miller Burns was hugely motivational and really pushed me to do more with his positive attitude. The whole setup at Embody is there to support you and the whole team are very welcoming and supportive from the front desk to the nutritionist and the sports physio team.

I did a 12-week total body transformation and liked it so much that two years later, I am still training with Embody. The facilities are great - they’ve got everything you need for a full-body workout that never gets boring. The nutrition plans are really helpful and during my transformation I never felt hungry. They’ve got a great physio too so any aches and pains are quickly sorted out. Without question, the best part of my experience at Embody is my trainer, Joshua Lyons. He’s extremely motivational and pushes me to do things I never thought I would be capable of doing. I’m lifting heavier weights than I was two decades ago! He’s very supportive and knows just what to say when I’ve perhaps not stuck to my nutrition plan as much as strictly as I should... Joshua is able to make me laugh and enjoy the gym at 6.30 on a Monday morning which, trust me, isn’t easy. If I could give him (and Embody) more than five stars, I definitely would.

Really enjoyed the whole experience and couldn’t have asked for more from Victoria and the team. The programme is intense and requires a lot of commitment. I initially thought I wasn’t going to make it through to the end (I thought I was going to need the services of an ambulance after the first session with Victoria) but the support and training received helped me pull through. It’s definitely worth the cost and has changed my life and ongoing fitness regime. The only downside was having to invest in a new wardrobe (but it’s not something I complain too much about!).

I've been training with Joshua Lyons for over a year and originally started with a 12 week transformation package. I wondered how I had been matched so well with a trainer but it's been brilliant. Joshua's experience in training has meant that he knows when I need to be pushed and when I need a little break; he knows me. My training circuit is changed regularly and my strength now is amazing. I am an older mum and as a result of my training with Joshua, I am ready to chase my little one absolutely anywhere. My 12 week transformation saw a 12% loss in body fat and the diet suited what I needed and it WORKED! Happy and strong and ready for anything is now my motto. All thanks to Embody and Joshua Lyons! Highly recommend this to get you where you want to be physically and mentally.

Having trained with Elisabetta for a year has been great, I have been able to achieve goals I had previously never achieved at other gyms even with PT. The professionalism and general environment of Embody Fitness is great and all staff is very welcoming and friendly. Even having moved further away it is still my go-to as I know I will get the value for money, one of the best points is it is never over crowded making it very pleasant to train even at peak time. Looking forward to continue my journey at Embody Fitness!

I enrolled onto the 12 week programme and trained with Leah. She was excellent. She pushed and encouraged me to work hard and I achieved 6% body fat loss and gained more definition to my arms, shoulders and legs in particular. The dietary programme worked well. I am a Type 1 diabetic and my sugar control has never been better. I look and feel better.

Granted this is due to the expertise and great sense of humour of my trainer Steve Smith who knows how to motivate and inspire me to reach (or exceed) my goals and also how to make me smile when the task at hand seems mentally insane yet physically possible!
