Makes me sad actually to give these guy this rating. I always go there to get my inside and out clean and they usually do a great job. Today was the first time I Just did outside seeing I had to pick up dinner . I trusted these guys and literally didn't step out the car. When I got home and looked at my car it was a joke I couldn't believe it. Sadly they lost a good customer today. I know they are fully capable of doing a great service but once you stand out of your car looking at them they will do a proper job.

DAMAGED MY CAR!

I had the worst experience with these people. I never complain (I don’t usually bother) and this is the first time that I am writing a negative review. These people are terrible, they done a horrific job cleaning my car (full service) charged me £65, after a couple days I noticed that you could see noticeable stains on the fabric of the seats (water stains & oil stains), not to mention some chipped paint. I took my car back after 4 days (when I had a day off of work) first thing in the morning to ask for a refund and they practically laughed in my face, absolutely rude! They offered to clean the car again so I allowed that, I came back to get my car the same day and i done a quick scan of the car (not thoroughly), I didn’t want to seem over the top by checking every inch, when I got home to clean the car by myself seen as they done such a terrible job AGAIN, I noticed the fabric of my seat damaged (at this point i realised when i collected my car the seat was rolled back, blocking the damage on the fabric), these people damaged my car on purpose and I have the proof that it was not damaged before. I only had this car for 2 weeks and it’s not possible for me to wear out the fabric on my seats. It’s a second hand car with one previous owner and I bought this car in really good condition, the seats were 100% not damaged. I was told after by other customers that the machine they use to clean the interior of cars is very harsh, and that they use a rough brush. After the first time they cleaned my car, the seats were stained and my car smelled horrific, as if though something was rotting in there, not to mention other bits all around the car that they didn’t clean properly. These people are very unfriendly and they don’t like it when you confront them and tell them that they have done a bad job. I do not recommend this place, stay far far far away from this car wash.

Wonderful car wash. The area they wash the cars in is so cramped and small and tight . They have a vast amount of equipment. Lambswool mittens , pressurised air , aswell as the usuals. They have quite a few staff so if there not busy you can get all of them working on your car. Such a a good job was done I had to give a huge tip. Very impressed. They have also got a little hut you can wait in while they clean the inside of your car . Staff seem ok didnt talk much to busy working lol

Don't wash your car there. While waiting there was another person complaining. I had some resin on the car. They scratched it with the scraper in front of me.what do you want more? I had to come back for another cleanup for Windows. And then again because they didn't vacuum the boot. avoid this place! Employees who cannot even speak English. Or understand.
